I did engage my attorney yesterday to see what next steps are to get Brandon to perform. Brandon called my phone twice recently and didn't leave a message about what he was calling about. Then he scolded me about not returning his calls. I informed him if you do not leave a message. I think you butt dialed me. I'm not going to waste my time returning a call when I have no idea if you intended to call or what you were calling about. I do know that he likes to fish and hunt and will drop what he's doing to go do that. I did give him a number of opportunities to make good and not breach our contract before engaging my attorney. I did include a few photos for reference, but they're a number of other items still needing to be completed. Not happy!

In both cases they delivered with exceptional quality. The overall value received for what I paid was great. I got a few estimates on the yard cleanup, and Eagle landscaping came in at the mid point, but they acknowledged the level of work required upfront, while others under estimated the work. I think had I gone with cheapest bids, I would have been disappointed. Before agreeing on that project though, I had Eagle create the gate, it was very reasonably priced; it was the project I used to develop trust and assess their quality of work. With two projects done, I'll be having them back out in the fall to focus on another area.

I went with the less expensive option as I didn't need the entire fence rebuilt as it was still in good condition. His availability was within a week or so and I was happy with the scheduling. His pricing is competitive and he does quality work. I had a set of fence that was leaning towards a side after the storms and it did not have enough concrete in the posts. Since the posts were still in good condition, the concrete had to be re-poured in all of the posts, The work was done correctly and this fence should withstand some wind in the future. I will keep using Fernando again for all my fencing needs since he does good work, is responsive, and follows through.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. The crew worked hard every day, showed up on time and were respectful of my property.
