Just awful work. Trust every bad review here. He's not worth the time to actually type out a review but just look elsewhere.

We were lied to by them!! After having Aaron put together a kitchen bid. We were told by Heather we were paying in full for our cabinets and sink because WE were doing the install. But when it was time to deliver we were then told we signed a contract that said we agreed to do counters with them too and had not even paid for the sink. They said, In fact we had only paid 65% of the total work we were going to do! Which is not true! We NEVER agreed to counters, ONLY cabinets! And they didn't even come with the handles! The sink estimate email Heather sent and details were almost 4x the original sinks estimate on the paperwork. They took our money and NEVER provide all the materials we paid for! We ended up going through another company and got counters, backsplash, sink and faucet for $1000 less than Aaron and Heather quoted us. They took our money and didn't care! I hired Cutting Edge Kitchen and Bath to put new counter tops in, Shelly was great to work with and the subcontractors who actually put the counter tops in were good, too. The problem came when the owner sent his son to unhook all of the plumbing prior to the installation of the counter tops. The owner said he would send someone after 1, he did not arrive until after 6 pm. The son did not unhook anything, he turned off the water under the sink, did not tell me the valve was leaking, but instead told me all was fine and all was unhooked and ready to go. The next morning I woke up with water all over my kitchen floor, all underneath the cupboards, under my carpet, it was a mess! The valve was leaking, and he knew it because he put a dish rag over the leaky valve and left the bowl under it. They charged me $200 for this! I immediately called the company, the owner and his son came back, the owner had a horrible attitude - and SAW that the son did not unhook anything. The garbage disposal was still hooked up, all the pipes were hooked up, the water was hooked up, the son didn't do anything the night before. There was no apology, nothing, just a bad attitude from the owner. They unhooked everything, the subcontractors put the counter top in and I had purchased the sink through Cutting Edge. The plumber arrived 2 days later to install the new sink and hook everything up. Cutting Edge did not supply the clips to the sink so the plumber could not put the sink in. I am still dealing with not having a sink. I won't know for a few more weeks if my floor is buckling from all the water that set on it all night long, the bottom of the cupboard smells like mildew and more than likely will need replacing. This company has cost me so much money! Much more than I intended. Go with someone else! read more

Communication was horrible, they would tell you one thing, and then someone else would tell you something different. The grout on my tile looked liked they smeared it on with their fingers. Some days they didn't show up, no calls to tell us anything. Was not happy with this business. read more

We were told our master bath laundry remodel would be a couple months. I took just over five months. The owner always had an excuse for things going wrong. Several employees and subs either quit or were fired during the course of our project. At first it was full speed and then it felt like we got put on the back burner. Wrong items were ordered, low quality items arrived that we chose to replace, or some not ordered at all which delayed the project. They can't seem to get quality tradesman hired so projects are done by the inexperienced. Poor quality of work caused multiple redo's, repairs and many delays. It took four weeks to hang drywall. Sections would come down due to plumbing and electrical still not being finished. Water lines were not tested properly resulting in two water leaks. Both draining down to our living and dining room with new holes in drywall in the living room and guest bath that took a couple redo's to make acceptable. One leak even resulted in the removal of a brand new tile. During the project, we asked for updates, but did not get any. With their cost and what we provided, ended up $13k over. The only saving grace was a wonderful subcontractor that did an amazing job installing the shower and floor tile. Update: The smell of sewer gasses that we complained about still fill our bathroom when we use the dishwasher, laundry washer, take a shower or bath. We narrowed it down to the laundry line, needs further investigation. Not having them back to fix it. Will hire a plumber ourselves to fix. The outlet by storage cabinet does not have power. Will have to hire a separate electrician. The towel bar fell down. Not surprised because they messed up hanging it in the first place. Got larger wall mounts and hung it ourselves. read more

We had the unfortunate experience of working with this company and all I can say is don't. Hire literally anybody else. We paid $10k to mostly DIY our own bathroom remodel after we had a serious leak in our master bathroom. We hired this company to install a new shower pan and heated flooring. And we bought our materials from them. I told them our budget was $10k total, and that we would make concessions to stay in that budget. We signed a contract, and about a week later I realized the invoice didn't have the shower door on it that we had picked out. Of course, they said "too bad, your own fault". I was pissed, but moved on. Then we start tiling and find they ordered way too much of one type of tile, and not enough of the other, and the shluter border wasn't the right depth for the type of tile we bought. Rather than go back to them I Googled the brand and tile color to see if I could buy more. Thats when I found out we could have gotten it at Lowe's for nearly half the price we paid. Now we've been trying to get the last piece we need -- the heated floor thermostat -- and he gave us a hard time about us taking so long to be ready for it. Then when he finally ordered the part, it was the wrong one and it doesn't fit in the electrical box he told us to buy. And of course, that was our fault too. Went on a Saturday morning. Nothing on their website suggests an appointment is required. One sales person on duty. Had no interest in assisting us. We explained we were looking for Carrera marble, a potential $10,000 to $15,000 sale. She showed me some Calcutta gold and said I needed to accept the color ranges. I said no, you have to order Calcutta gold to get those yellow tones and I turned over the sample to show her Calcutta white. She left at that point saying she had to get ready for some arriving clients. They didn't arrive for 15 minutes and she never spoke to us again, didn't even bother to say goodbye! We will never go back to a place so disinterested in our business. read more

We just finished a kitchen remodel. We were our own general contractor and hired out a cabinet company, granite/quartz installer and we contemplated doing our own backsplash, which was to be subway tile. We looked at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc., but I wanted more options. I googled tile companies in our area, and Cutting Edge was discovered, very close to home. We went up to their showroom and we were very impressed. They carried a supply of kitchen cabinets, granite/quartz, tile, sinks/faucets and even cabinet hardware. Aaron showed me their glazed subway tile and I knew right away, that was what I wanted. He also showed me some linear mosaic for banding, and we were thrilled. He gave us a quote for with and without install and decided to just have them do the entire backsplash project. They were on time with their planned day for starting the install. Cody was the young man who did our install and he arrived each day on time, and did a meticulous job. We are very pleased with our finished kitchen! read more

Do not hire this company, Aaron told me going out of business, probably just another lie. I spent over 130k here, and honestly they seem like nice people, Aaron and Heather, but just lies, no quality standard by the owner Aaron, if you don't catch it don't count on him saying anything. Flooring put in terrible, then they painted it and tell me they fixed by steam cleaning only to find out on my own he is staining brand new floors and it doesn't match, leaking sinks, clogged drains (drywall, tile and what not just left in drains) leaking tub (forgot plumbers putty). Put island hood in, just exhausted to attic, left hose and connection to roof laying in attic?? What a unprofessional place, wiring by the incompetent. Do not put yourself thru this, working with untruthful people, with zero standard to safety and quality..these guys should be ashamed at the standards they set, Aaron has zero quality standards and like I say, he will make every excuse possible, usually blaming his people and not realizing he is the people.
