We needed a hole drilled into our quartz countertop. We got a quick response and same day, affordable work.

So far (I did agree to their price) so good, except for the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes initially to place my order because the showroom gal was on the phone. 6 weeks later, no shower arm. I call, get a hold of a guy that answers the phone. He apologizes. 2 weeks later I get my arm. The item in the box is not what I ordered. I call them to find out whassup. They don't even apologize for screwing up, they just give me a phone number of some other plumbing supply place in Bellevue that MAY have the part to add to the arm to make it work. Bottom line, very poor service. They just don't care. Granted I was only a $100 customer (this time). I will not use them for my upcoming remodel that will be big $$$.

I spoke to Don, and he contacted the manufacturer and found that they only sell it by the case. And since they normally don't stock that item, I would have had to purchase all 8 repair kits. Don called me back and told me that my quick fix would cost around $300, and that he didn't feel right having me purchase all 8. He went above and beyond, and found the item I was looking for somewhere else, so that I didn't have to buy the whole case. This type of customer service is rare, and I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me. For this reason, I would definitely use these guys again for any of my I-can-do-it plumbing repair needs. Craig Kirkland, WA

From the beginning Scott communicated with me frequently during the planning phases of my kitchen project. Scott's company had been recommended to me by a tile contractor I trusted and had used previously. I had never installed new counters after a demo of existing granite before, so what I came to understand is that Scott is both the fabricator and the installer-- a definite plus. He takes whatever stone or quartz material chosen and then, after measuring the template himself in the existing space, he then cuts the stone in his workshop to match that template perfectly-- as well as doing the complete demo of existing countertops, including their removal. He's the "all in one" contractor who does the entire project himself, and his experience and expertise clearly shows in every phase of the project-- and his work is top quality all the way through. I was so impressed with his every aspect of his work, and as others have pointed out, his attention to details like smoothing the stone underneath the overhang, and making any needed seams so flawless that you cannot tell where it exists. He is an expert on matching any pattern in the stone/quartz so that everything flows as it should and no seam is visible at all. As well as being a perfectionist with his work, he and his business partner were very professional, courteous, and always kept to the outlined time schedule, and completed cleanup each day. His price was more than fair and very reasonable . In short, he was a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend him for any countertop or stone project, no matter how complicated or expensive it may be. I just wish I'd known of him when previously updating two bathrooms the past couple years.

They are a standard size cabinet sales and install company & do not have custom size cabinets. They didn't have black cabinets that we originally wanted but we do like the dark espresso cabinets we settled on. We also ended up with two deep dead end cabinets vs corner units since they do not do custom sizing. We were, however, highly motivated by their low prices & ability to install both cabinets & quartz counters in one day. The rest of our experience was less important to us than getting a good price and install experience. I noticed a couple earlier reviews marked them down to one star for the customer service. In our experience in the show room, they let you look around independently and don't use high pressure sales techniques; which we appreciated. some of the other reviewers seemed to want a lot of direct personal attention & other sales bells/whistles. If shoppers expect high-end customer service for low priced product, I do see how they can be disappointed. To place an order, take your measurement drawing to the person at the counter. If you use them as installers, they will check your measurements on site prior to install and revise the order, if needed. I do recommend using them to install cabinets, counters, AND pulls since if you make a mistake installing it yourself (drill the wrong holes in the cabinet fronts, etc.) they require you to buy the whole cabinet to replace the parts. They don't sell separate parts like hinges & fronts. We made the mistake of not having them install the pulls & our handyman made a mistake drilling the wrong holes (4" vs 5") for pulls on two drawers. He had to buy two whole cabinets just to replace the drawer fronts. I have marked down half a star for this since they didn't warn us about this policy during our purchase & there was no mention of them installing the pulls during our purchase. Luckily, the cabinets are not super expensive & our handyman thinks he can resell the cabinets with the 4" pull holes. I have further marked down another half star for a couple of small issues during install. 1) They didn't warn us about the very strong & toxic smelling adhesive that would be used for the counter tops. In retrospect, we likely should have been out of the house during countertop portion of install since we all had headaches the next day. 2) There was a small issue with the electrical outlet for the microwave cabinet. They mis-measured where to cut the hole in the cabinet & attempted, to instead, move the electrical. Our electrician popped over during install and told them that wasn't safe. So, they cut an extra hole in the back of the cabinet (where it should have been to begin with) to allow for the outlet. Due to a soffit situation for heating ducts, the right side of the microwave cabinet is permanently closed (as expected) & so we will never see the extra hole at the back of the cabinet & don't really care about it. In all, the price was right for our basement kitchen set-up & has met our expectations.

This company designs, manufactures, and sells high-end premium and custom made kitchen surfaces, as well as very high-end kitchen cabinets. The company owner, Vlad Khan, and all his associates are very knowledgeable, and I am always impressed by the company's plans for future business and strong ambitions. Lots of small things add up to create the best imaginable customer service, product quality, and the final project. They never make you feel that you are asking too much and always appear really glad to see their customers. It doesn't matter if the order is big or small, the company and the employees are always providing high-end customer service. They even provide follow up phone calls with customers to make sure that everything is done to their satisfaction. Everyone is so welcoming, because they have best customers! Yes, sometimes business is slow, or the company can face some new challenges, but I can guarantee that AbsoluteGM is a solid, well-built business and can provide the best products and services to match every customer's full satisfaction. As scheduled, plumber came and removed old plumbing. Several hours later (with no communication when they were coming) the counte guy came and found that the sinks I had ordered from them were not on the truck. He spent about 15 minutes and in that time I called Carly who was my sales contact there, and she said that the sinks had not arrived and apparently Justine who was the project manager didn't do her job and checked to see all was in order for the next day, or rescheduled my job when I spoke to her the day before to find out arrival time. Very sloppy. Carly was gracious and explained everything and it wasn't her fault but she understood customer service! What saved the day is one of their employees went and picked up the sinks, and brought them from south Seattle to Shoreline. The installer, Daniel, stayed during that time and installed the counters with sinks. By now it is about 5:30 or later. The plumber who had been told by myself and Carly that he didn't need to come because of the snafu came from home to install the sinks and wasn't done until 8:30 pm that night (Friday night at that!). Val, and Daniel were wonderful but really shouldn't have had to shoulder the brunt of this late work because somebody else didn't do her job. I would look elsewhere since they will tell you what you want to hear to get a job.
