Israel and Donny came out and fixed my sunken walkway slab in less than an hour. They were friendly, professional and punctual. I did get a Groundworks quote that was twice Slabjack's, which for a little more I could have just replaced the slab. read more

Professional, family-owned, local. Considerate and polite folks came to do the work of filling a hole beneath cement stairs and leveling entryway which had a crack with a toe-stub vertical difference. They explained the work beforehand, and then they worked with what others considered in the way. Polite, professional and half the price of groundworks. read more

Slabjack did an amazing job. They lifted my porch and filled the cracks the trip Hazard is now rectified and the porch looks fantastic.

My review was not false nor did it state anything that wasn't true. I had Matvey come out when they were privately owned. Not only did they fix the issue but they fixed others that your company didn't for the exact same price. I stand by my review. read more

I needed some work done when my main waterline broke and damaged the garage flooring and a portion of the driveway. My contractor contacted Slab Jack and they sent their crew to assess the damage within a few days. The guys were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. They did a good job on the areas that needed to be fixed. Highly recommend Slab Jack! read more

The slab jacking was OK however the upsell to crack repair was ridiculous. It is a neighborhood joke, "should have got red so it would look like lava oozing out". One guy, caulk gun didn't get his trowel dirty just squeezed out globs of expansion caulking and dumped gravel on it. Didn't even step on the gravel or anything. The quality is horrid, walk over it and it can roll off. In some areas the globs are 1/4 inch higher than the cement. Unreal, and it works out to around $1300.00 per hour. read more

I had a great experience with slabjack. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job lifting my walkway. Highly recommend them! read more

Team of 3 showed up to fix an elevation issue with our front door steps that had started slanting toward the house. The team (Eddie, Dan?, and David) was super friendly and had a positive attitude the whole time. They were on time and did a great job. Even as they were walking away, they noticed a couple final touches that they were able to finish up and were on their way. Great work! read more

I bought a house and the walkway had sunken down by a couple inches. Slabjack NW was super quick on getting back to me, doing a quote and raising the walkway. After the work was done, I had a question about the height of the walkway in one corner. They came back out within a week and raised that portion even further. This company was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any and everyone! Thank you Slabjack NW!!! read more

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! The RESULTS are phenomenal. FROM BEGINNNING TO END - THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND THE MOST HONEST, PLEASANT, HONORABLE people I've had the pleasure of dealing with since I moved to the PNW - 6 years ago. The bid and contract explain everything - in a very easy to understand manner - and if you have ANY questions prior to the job - they get back to you instantly - and do it with a GREAT attitude. The crew is great. Their work is CLEAN, and they go the extra mile to make sure the results are EXCELLENT. I am DELIGHTED and LUCKY I found this company. read more

Extremely professional team that was on and out within an hour. They cleaned up, did the work efficiently and did I mention they cleaned up? Also the rep did not overpromise (another company was setting some pretty unrealistic goals and expectations, and misrepresented what they could do. Slabjack was much more honest about what the goals were and what could be accomplished. read more

Great service, professional crew and on time. Their quote was in line with others and the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Once I decided on the contractor, they were quick to respond and set up a agreeable time. Would use again. read more

Courteous, responsive staff, willing to work with me to meet my needs. Appointments promptly kept. Whether or not the product lives up to promise over the long term remains to be seen, but doing business with Slabjack was pain-free. I would not hesitate to hire this firm again. read more

They were accurate on the cost estimate. I really appreciated that. From the guy that came out to do the estimate, the office gal who sent the bid, to the guys who did the work, everyone was professional and here when they said they would be. There was one small equipment challenge but that was resolved quickly. The job was done just as promised. I completely recommend using these guys. read more

Used this company on a rental property to level the entry walkway. One day after completion I checked and it looked great. Hopefully, if there are any future concerns they will stand behind their work. read more

The crew and the work were fantastic. I would just say, seems a bit pricey for the amount of material and labor. But I would still do it again. read more

Could be happier with the quality of the work. They showed up earlier than booked, and did an awesome job. It wss just a small slab lift, 3'x6' but when they left you couldn't tell they were there. Would highly recommend! read more

Great communication, fast and friendly. A lunch less expensive alternative to replacing the concrete porch.

Great experience, raised most of our slab 1-1.5 inches. Very careful and very precise where they drilled holes. Thank you!!!!

The patio under the elevated deck was sinking since I bought the home 15 years ago. This sinking caused the deck to lean considerably. I was able to raise the deck and separate the concrete patio where the posts are located. Slabjack did a wonderful job in lifting this huge patio in different areas and made the cracked areas even with each other. They kept the bid that they offered from 2018 and did an outstanding job. Another company wanted to charge 4 times as much to lift the deck and take out the concrete and re-pour. Great work. read more

Slabjack was great, from the minute I contacted them for a quote vs. the completion of the job. We even needed some small touch-up (normal) and they were super responsive. Competitive offer, great staff at the office to manage the quote and order process. Nothing I would change and I will recommend Slabjack to our whole neighborhood. Thank you for helping us with 9 of our 16 homes in our neighborhood all at once! read more

My 20 year old home had a garage floor and driveway that sank about an inch and a half in some areas over that time period. I researched several options for repair and chose Slabjack. Scheduling was easy via online request form. They got back to me within a couple days and the estimate was very reasonable. I was expecting a lot more cost but was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived on time on the predetermined date and they provided professional service. Within a few hours, my garage floor was level and the furnace duct was no longer with a gap at the top near the ceiling ducting. I highly recommend Slabjack for any project requiring a lift to sidewalks, driveways, garage floor, etc. I would use them again if needed. read more

Slabjack NW was on time for their initial inspection, the follow up and for the day they same to do the job. They were in and out within 2 hours and we couldn't be happier with the results. They even gave us a small break on the price when they determined that they didn't use as much material as they had allowed for. The sidewalk has been raised back to the original level and the added benefit is that the rodent and mole activity that created this issue has been eliminated. read more

Our driveway had sunk in a couple of places, and due to that it cracked. I got a quote to replace the driveway but just couldn't afford it. Slabjack came on site and was able to fix the slab in the places were it had sunken. They cleaned up after themselves and were there when they said they would be! Happy to review them!!! read more

Great service and communications throughout the process. The team was on-time and finished under the estimated time frame to do the job. They did a nice job cleaning up and did a fantastic job fixing our walkway. Would highly recommend if needing some work to fix sagging concrete. read more

Our concrete front porch (with 5 concrete steps leading to a concrete walkway) had sunk about 4 inches. This caused rain water to drain towards the house instead of away from the house - not a good thing with wood siding. Slabjack raised the porch back up and now the water drains away from the house. They also raised the concrete walkway leading to the porch which had also sunk a bit. The process did cause the porch to shift away from the house about a half inch (they mentioned that would be a possibility) but I was able to easily fill the gap with mortar. The four fill holes they drilled in the concrete aren't all that noticeable and overall it looks great. I thought the quote was reasonable and the people I talked to were friendly. Now I just need to get used to not stepping up from the porch to enter the house! read more

On time in fact bent over backwards to help me as the patio they worked on was supporting a deck above. A+++

Slabjack showed up on time and were very professional. Their estimation was fair and the work done was spot on. If we had to redo our concrete it would have cost us 5X more. So we got to keep all our existing entryways into our main office area and especially important the walkways leading to some very steep stairs that was a safety issue. Job well done! read more

Great company! Did an outstanding job. Workers were friendly and helpful.

Slabjack did a great job leveling my driveway and walkway. The workers were very professional. I highly recommend them!

Chris came out and gave me a bid on my porch which had settled and became very uneven,he said we can do this with no problems. Well there was a problem the porch wouldn't tilt back instead it came straight up.the installer raised it up to where the door jam is out of square and the screen door will not stay shut also the brick wall fell over. To make a very long story short it took over a month to get them back here to try to resolve this. Now there is to much material under the porch to try to level it and they don't want to repair it Chris told me I was a big pain and nobody would wipe their rear end for what we charged you " we will not repair your porch or any other damage"and walked of yelling at me and pretty much said to **** off and left now I'm looking at about a $ 3-4000.00 fix read more

Excellent from start to finish! Our 1963 home had several walkways that had settled unevenly over time along with a large void under our carport slab. Estimator Brian reviewed the job Initially and was very informative & personable, offering different options on his bid same-day. Their pricing was very competitive and once we reached an agreement Office Mgr Jenna kept us updated throughout the process on scheduling and what to expect. Installers Israel and Steve arrived on-time a week later, took extra care in not only the areas they were supposed to fix but also on the surroundings and in explaining what they were doing and what to expect. Later they patiently agreed to spend additional time on a particularly difficult spot at my request without any annoyance or frustration (many contractors do NOT want customer input or special requests!). Couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

This happened in 2013 and I should really add my "like" for Bill's work. I asked a few companies to bid on raising some concrete. Bill was the only one who showed up, was on time, and most important: he realized that my issue was more than "slabjacking" could fix. He spotted a crack in my garage foundation, dug a way down on the outside wall, suggested I call a contractor. The contractor found exactly the issue, and did the fix that Bill was suggesting. Bill got nothing out of this but goodwill, and he certainly earned mine. Thanks! read more

My front large cement porch sank four inches as well as significant sinking on the front porch landing where it sank enough to cause me concern that my front awning was going to break from the house. I called three contractors, one came by to look, said he would provide an estimate and never heard back. I then called Slab Jack, they came out within a few days, very professional, gave me a very decent quote, and a few days later job done. My porch is back up, my awning no longer in danger and very minimal evidence they were even there. If you have sinking issues, these are the guys to call. Very pleasant experience. read more

I wasn't sure what mudjacking was or that it was even an option for dealing with my parent's lumpy driveway. They had been looking into getting the darn thing completely replaced, but aside from a few uneven sections, it seemed like a waste of money to get the thing completely overhauled. Then like a devine intervention, I saw an ad while watching "The Simpsons" for 1866SlabJack. I let my folks know and they got in contact with them. The renovated driveway is nice and even and aside from a few existing cracks, looks good as new! read more
