I put out a list of items to several 4.5 star and up junk services serving Lynnwood over Yelp. Some sent me to price pages where until I could figure out cubic yards, I wouldn't know the cost. Others gave a range from "reasonable" to OUCH!! "Mr Steve" is a family run business. Looked at my list, gave me a quote. Easy to book over Yelp. His quote came in fixed at just under the lowest range quote I got. We filled their pickup to the top of its high walls, but they made everything fit. Price quoted was price paid, Everything I had was already outside or right at a door on the first floor. I didn't surprise them, so everything went as planned. I was in a bind with trying to get rid of a sectional couch after getting new furniture delivered. Several people who said they'd come and take the sectional after I put it up for free never showed and we were stuck with a living room full of both new and old furniture. I then resorted to looking around at several junk hauling companies and found Mr. Steve's had the best price. I wanted the sectional gone that day. He was very prompt in getting back to me and gave me the best price AND said he could be there in a few hours! Stars earned are a little over half. They gave me a price range and not a firm price. Wasn't able to beat Walmart price of $99 so it's somewhere north of $100 to haul away a mattress I assume. Quick response and good communication otherwise. read more
