Luis provided a competitive estimate…read more However, the tear out and installation of a new driveway, porch and walkways was an absolute disaster. The quality was very poor. The porch sank and the stairs were slanted PLUS there is straw hanging out all over and holes with straw hanging out. The exposed aggregate was not exposed, white and chalky. Grooves were raised and posed trip hazards, parts had no support. Cracked in 1 week. Almost no straight lines, crosses were chipped out, edges were rough and showed the forming. Concrete was left in our yard, our irrigation, flower beds full of slag. Roadway left with concrete on it. Shoe marks and dripped concrete on the new driveway plus they chipped out part of it while trying to remove expansion material. No clean-up was done - left for the homeowner to do all of it. This has been by far the worst experiences we have had as homeowners. Multiple other contractors reviewed the project and advised that it needed to be re-done in its entirely. Request was made for refund which was ignored. Do not hire for exposed aggregate and do not pay until completely satisfied.

I've gotten 3 different estimates and Angeles Landscaping was definitely a fair estimate when compared to the others. We had one give us an estimate of $3,200, one said $1,500, and Angeles asked for $1,800 so we were happy to pay that amount given the faith we had in his work. When Daniel came over, he asked the right questions and thought of things I didn't think about. He asked how far we wanted the mulch to go for the edges, what we wanted trimmed, how high we wanted to mulch to be (we went with 2.5 inches), and he made sure to let us know he wasn't just going to cover things in mulch, but he was going to remove the moss, weeds, and everything before to do it correctly. We got the estimate on Thursday and Daniel and his team (2 other people) were able to come by on Saturday morning. They started at 8am and were finished around 3pm (so around 8 hours of work). When he was finished he even hung around patiently, asked if I had any questions, and was surprised I didn't have any. I was very confident when meeting him that he would do a good job. I didn't feel like I had to micromanage him to do a good job, and I was correct in thinking that. Overall, I definitely recommend Angeles Landscaping for landscaping needs. When the turf arrived, Tyler and Danielle showed up the following afternoon and wrapped up the next day. I requested new artificial turf in place of a small patch of grass in front of our townhome, and re-leveling of the pathway that had settled poorly since construction. When all was said and done, the turf looked great and the pathway looked like new with everything level across the board. The estimate wasn't the cheapest option, however the explanation provided as part of the estimating process was top notch and I was confident that that level of detail in the estimation process meant that the work would be done with that same attention to detail and this turned out to be true. I've seen a lot of poor turf installations in my neighborhood and I'm confident that the turf will look great for years to come.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch.
