Return was super simple, again no BS come back, drop off, they return your deposit. Gear was also in good shape, not beat up like at some of the other rental places. Will definitely rent again from them.

We met Darrell who took us to the back to look at remnants. We chose a nice remnant and told them we needed it to be cut, shaped, bound and a rubber backing applied. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!

I spoke on the phone with someone who said they can't update the website. Obviously if they don't care about updating their website they don't care about their customers. If you want to do business with them be sure to CALL to see if they're really open...and to be sure, ask them how late they'll be open. Good luck, or better yet, find another supplier.

Seriously, with everything from building materials to kitchen appliances to rusty mannequins, this place almost has it all. And if you're super creative, you'll probably come up with an idea for that rusty vintage doorknob or segment of a bowling alley lane. For me, I just like to wander the place (don't miss the huge outside yard too!), dream of the day I'll be creative enough to renovate my entire home using "found" materials, and leave with money in my pocket. It's sort of a fun way to spend a couple of hours on a lazy Saturday!

That is the type of customer service you get when dealing with a local independent business. I know this from 43 years of being in the rental business with a independent company in Bellevue competing with Sunbelt, Herc and United. We stood our ground despite being the little guy with our customer service. Save yourself the hassle dealing with the " big boys " and patronize a company that appreciates your business.
