The owner is very kind and always quick to schedule and get a job done. I truthfully thought that my yard would not look as good as it did after I came home and saw it. The edging of the grass, the weeding, and everything in between is done with care and looks very sharp. The only downfall is communication is hard. Not sure if he is very busy with lots of work, or if it just takes a while but through texting it can take a bit to hear back. I'm willing to allow this because this company does such great work.

I'm hard of hearing so I wasn't entirely sure I communicated well with them but they seemed to understand me so we went forward. Their two-person crew arrived spot on time and got right to work. Daniel, the owner, carefully reviewed the work we had asked for. I agreed, and they got right to work. I thought it would take them all day, but much to my pleasant surprise, they were done in half that time. And the work? Perfect. They did everything asked for with professionalism and well-deserved pride. The yard is now presentable (and it hasn't been for a while). We'll definitely be bringing them on for monthly maintenance so it doesn't go out of control again. Cost was very reasonable. The scope of the work we needed was never going to come cheap, and cheap wasn't our goal. We wanted the job done right and we were willing to pay a professional rate to get that level of quality. Angeles Landscape charges a very good rate and, for what you get, I doubt there are better options. I also appreciated that Daniel kept checking in to make sure we were happy, if we wanted anything corrected, or if we had any questions. Everyone stayed off the roads for the required time period but there are now a ton of tire tracks. They failed to repaint a sidewalk at the south end of the neighborhood. It's been weeks now and I've submitted a ticket with our HOA and nothing has happened. I hope this will get their attention and they will come back and complete the job.

Every step of the way…read moreof our pavement sealing and curb replacement project, we had a negative experience with Nys Enterprises that was punctuated by misrepresentations and unprofessional - and occasionally aggressive - communications. The issues we had were as follows: - When we walked the job with owner Steve Nys, he said he could replace our curbs and quoted the job. After signing the contract, he informed us he did not have the template to match the size of our existing curbs and therefore could not complete the work he had agreed to. This was his first breach of contract. - He agreed to do crack fill on our pavement's largest cracks. Repeatedly, we told Steve we were not satisfied with the job and his replies were full of excuses and far too many exclamation points (so many it felt aggressive) but no actual commitment to provide a satisfactory result. This was Steve's second breach of contract. - His crews were always late, on at least two occasions completing work in the dark (this shows in the attached photos). - Finally we realized we weren't going to get a good result so we just asked Nys to paint our existing curbs. This job was begun at dusk and finished in the dark, and the process involved one worker driving what looked like a homemade cart while another sprayed the curbs with a long wand, leading to a massive amount of overspray and even the branch of a tree being painted red. Just a few months later, the paint is already peeling as no effort was made to clean or even blow off the curb surface before paint was applied. This was Nys Enterprises' third breach of contract. Because every bit of feedback or request for better workmanship was met with excuses and, frankly, aggression both in person and over email, in the end we paid the agreed-upon price just to end our relationship with Nys. I am glad to see that others have had positive experiences working with Nys Enterprises, but for whatever reason, ours was the exact opposite.

We changed an old tub for a wonderful upgrade, expanded the shower area, with high-end glass, added excellent tile work throughout (he has a great tile guy), changed counter-tops, and even moved a wall of 50 year old cedar panels to extend an existing wall. Were there hiccups along the way, sure. But now, several years later we are thrilled to use these rooms every day. We work at home and the lifestyle enhancement has been profound. Truth be told we did a good deal of research before and chose well with our components and visual choices. The paint work was superb (he has a great paint team too). The team had an amusing cast of characters and I enjoyed them. They took tremendous care to keep the spaces (bedroom next to the bath) absolutely clean and protected. It took a while with delays and fixes but now all I can say is we really appreciate all the effort that went in and Milt's good spirit to get it right. When we contacted the company, we were told to try vinegar, pressure washing, or to flip/stir the rocks ourselves. If they had communicated with us that covering the landscaping wasn't included, we would have protected everything, but they didn't. While the fence workmanship was ok, the cleanup and customer service did not meet our expectations.

Original review: Disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a chimney inspection with this company because my HOA required it for insurance purposes. The inspector, Danny, arrived late to the appointment window (10AM-12PM), only calling at 12:30 to say he was 15 minutes away. While he was friendly, the inspection itself took less than 10 minutes. It consisted of a quick look inside the chimney and then on the roof. He explained a major issue with the chase cover, gave me a verbal price estimate, and assured me I'd receive a written report with photos "within an hour." Instead, what I received about 30 minutes later was only a repair estimate. There were no photos, no inspection details, nothing I could submit to my HOA. When I followed up by phone and email, I was told "we'll look into it," but weeks later I still haven't received a report. The payment process also felt unprofessional. I was asked to enter my credit card into the inspector's cell phone, which did not feel secure. In the end, I paid for an inspection but only got a repair estimate. My HOA still required another company to perform their own inspection, so I had to pay twice. If you need an inspection report for insurance or HOA requirements, I would not recommend this company.

That is what he delivered. This was on top of a brand new concrete slab that was off from being perfect by enough to require his skills to make it look straight and right (it wasn't). He did that beautifully! He also has done work for me such as: building a generator storage shed (with a shingled roof) to match the house and it's new roof shingles, mount safety bollards, wheel stops for my boat and multiple fence support posts and post brackets to the new concrete.
