Other companies said the only option was basically to entirely rip out the existing material and redo it, which would have cost a lot of money. Karl said he could patch up what was there and explained why he didn't think the other strategies made sense. He was also incredibly patient as we waited for the check from insurance to come before we could schedule the repair. Then he fit us in really quickly and they came out and did a splendid job! In both cases they delivered with exceptional quality. The overall value received for what I paid was great. I got a few estimates on the yard cleanup, and Eagle landscaping came in at the mid point, but they acknowledged the level of work required upfront, while others under estimated the work. I think had I gone with cheapest bids, I would have been disappointed. Before agreeing on that project though, I had Eagle create the gate, it was very reasonably priced; it was the project I used to develop trust and assess their quality of work. With two projects done, I'll be having them back out in the fall to focus on another area.

I went with the less expensive option as I didn't need the entire fence rebuilt as it was still in good condition. His availability was within a week or so and I was happy with the scheduling. His pricing is competitive and he does quality work. I had a set of fence that was leaning towards a side after the storms and it did not have enough concrete in the posts. Since the posts were still in good condition, the concrete had to be re-poured in all of the posts, The work was done correctly and this fence should withstand some wind in the future. I will keep using Fernando again for all my fencing needs since he does good work, is responsive, and follows through.

I am a super picky person. After long research, I finally decided to go with pavers in lieu of…read moreconcrete aggregate. Just like any of my house project, I started by getting estimates from different paver companies. I got total of 4 bids. One was astronomically high from the most famous paver company around. I later on found out that the aforementioned company subcontracts its work to other smaller companies anyways. The other 3 estimates were in the same ballpark. I went and checked each company's completed work. I decided to go with CD pavers since their job looked the cleanest and nice after a year of completion. I decided to expand my driveway replacement project and added walkway and the stairs to the front entry door. They started their work on the day they promised. The demolition was fast and precise. The ground prep work was deep. Everyday the supervisor stopped by and ensure everything was going per plan and gave me updates. I did not realize how much ground work preparation installing pavers entailed. The crew that got assigned to my project showed up on time and worked as a team every day. I know because I happened to be home checking on them every couple of hours. The job took an extra day and that was caused by rainy weather. The completed job looked so good that I decided to use them to replace my (2) old/deteriorating lamp post brick structure (they looked out of place). Their estimate for lamp post replacement was also very reasonable. They followed all the HOA rules and cleaned up the street nicely. I later on discovered there are a lot of landscapers who claim they can install pavers. Hate to tell you that their final product is normally not structurally stable and in no time the pavers fall apart creating mega gaps in between pavers. I have already recommended CD pavers to two of my friends/neighbors. Just like me, they were also happy & satisfied with their accomplishment. Long story short, highly recommend this company.

UPDATE: I TAKE IT BACK!…read more I have to say that Tru Terras made it right. They came back and did a complete clean up at no charge, knowing I had hired someone else. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to miscommunications and a language barrier. This time, they did a walk through before and a walk through after. I pointed out what needed to be done and they did it. I think for anyone that hires them in the future for long term maintenance, it would be important to take photos of the yard before and after to make sure it's clear as to how you want your yard maintained year round I'm not sure where to start. Do not hire these people. We paid them $6800 to clean up our yard to be able to maintain it. Then, we agreed to pay them over $500 per month all year long to maintain it. They did not. They rushed in, mowed, and left. We asked repeatedly for them to trim, weed, and prune as agreed. They claimed a communication issue or a language barrier. Total BS. They did not do the job as they agreed and as we've paid for the last year. Awful and full of excuses!! Our yard is now a mess, and they are fired. Their response??? Oh, so sorry there was a miscommunication, and our "guys didn't do what they were told". THIS is not what we agreed to.
