I had a rock chip in my windshield and 2 very nice young men came out to fix it for me on 10-11-2022. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I was very curious about the repair process and the whole process was explained to me as it was being done. I appreciated the friendliness and thoroughness of that explanation very much. I was treated with courtesy and respect and that goes a long way in my choices for businesses to use in the future. My windshield was repaired nicely and the price was quite reasonable. I was thrilled with Windshields Etc.! They were able to fix my windshield within 4 days and the cost was 40% less than any other place I got a quote from. They got to my house on time and were done within 30 minutes (though I did have to wait a couple hours before I could drive but that's going to be case with every replacement). Amazing service! Replaced a cracked windshield on my 2017 Subaru Outback a couple of months ago. Windshields, Etc were recommended by my dealership, and they did a good job with the initial replacement. New windshield got chipped by a rock again over the weekend, and Mike was kind enough to come out to my house and patch it for me free of charge. read more

I was referred to Windshields by Carter Subaru in Ballard and from the minute I called them, Nicole was amazing and was extremely customer service oriented, professional and kind. I needed a same day windshield repair and between Nicole and the owner who drove back down to Seattle to do the install, they made it happen the day before Christmas Eve! I recently had my windshield replaced by Steve at Windshields Etc and had a great experience. Carter VW in Ballard recommended Windshields Etc and I'm glad they did, here's why: -Scheduling was easy, Mike (the owner) answered the phone and after a 2 minute conversation I was on the schedule awaiting the glass being ordered & delivered -2 days later he let me know the glass was delivered and he gave me a date -Steve did the actual work, he was quick, polite and did a great job. -They took my insurance Hopefully I don't have to have my windshield replaced often, but when I do I'm calling Windshields Etc! read more

These guys are The Best. They were recommended by the business I bought my car from and I can see why. I backed my car into a parking spot in an underground garage and did not see the pipe sticking out of the wall behind me. The pipe shattered my window, with a sound like a shotgun fired right behind me. That was on a Thursday. I was driving to Idaho on Sunday, so was desperate to get it repaired asap. On Friday morning, one of the guys came out to my condo and replaced the rear window in no time at all. I'm so grateful and the road trip to Idaho and back was fabulous.
