It would've taken all of 10 seconds to help us. He walked away before we could even try and explain what we needed. After waiting for another employee to come by, nobody ever did so my husband went and found someone. This man had the worst body odor I have ever smelled. I had to walk away. My husband and I both could smell him from 6+ feet away. After we walked away, we overheard an employee use the term "beaner" while talking about someone. He has run my card without my permission when I was supposed to be on autopay causing me to overdraft. Then when I requested the autopay be turned off he specifically told me he did, and then I was charged again 2 weeks later causing me to overdraft AGAIN. i have dealt with a breakin, causing more damage than I could afford and then this gentleman caused me to overdraft my account multiple times. On top of that, they call every damn day, and have knocked on my door at 8pm when I'm putting my children in bed and refused to leave until i called the store. Needless to say i just slammed the door. Once this last piece of furniture is paid off I will not be doing business with them ever again.

I know for a fact that the carpet was clean and didn't have any pet stains, because I purchased carpet cleaner specifically for deep pet stains and had gone over the entire carpet twice, and had even checked the carpet with a UV light, not one pet stain. But, according to great floors, (the property management had used this particular company to do an inspection after I had moved out) there were a lot of pet stains and almost $1,000 was deducted from my deposit to replace the carpet. I truly believe in karma, because great floors lied!! Absolutely no way that there were ANY pet stains in the carpet at my previous apartment!! If you feel like being ripped-off, then go ahead and use this company...
