The first one was total replacement of our asphalt roof with a metal roof. They had 4 workers come and remove all shingles and underlayment, load it in their trailer for disposal, had the metal roofing supplier deliver the the new metal roofing. installed new underlayment, and installed the new roof in 2 days. It was amazing watch the quality of their work, and their professionalism. The new roof has exceeded our expectations. We again hired them to paint the interior of our house. As expected, we were not disappointed. They moved our furniture out of the way, and protected it, and the floors with drop cloths, and applied 2 coats of paint on all surfaces, and assured the house was properly cleaned. I had been working on my site preparation and driveway for quite a while and I had created quite a mess, big piles of dirt and mud, improperly sloped grade and general home owner quality work. I thought I could do it myself. I contacted Mike at Ram Construction and he had a two person crew show up with high quality equipment, they had the knowledge and ability to transform the front of our home from a messy construction site to a properly graded, water draining, high and tight finished product, they were really nice too! We had purchased a home built in the late 70's that really hadn't been touched since. The popcorn on the vaulted ceilings needed to be removed and the interior needed to be repainted. As we got going, we found we also needed new floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets...lots of recessed lighting and as things got going...a skylight had managed to leak down between the wall and rot out a large area of the exterior kitchen support. (this wasn't detected by two separate home inspections, but Wolf Quality Construction was on it!) Oh, and when it really started raining, we found the deck sloped back to the house and water was pooling up next to the foundation. What a mess! To make a long story short, Wolf Quality Construction was able to help us as each new disaster unfolded. This is the third house we've remodeled and I can tell you, their work is awesome! Almost better than the quality of their work is their commitment to making good on all of their estimated costs and time lines. Because this was a long distance move for us...we really needed much of the job completed in just 6 weeks. These men came in early and left late many, many days to help us out; even working around other commitments. Just one more note: these men obviously love what they do...the happy vibe they brought with them to work every day was delightful to be around. How can I tell you how much I love my kitchen and first floor LVP?  The Zion team unbelievably made the process zip by and the only delays were with the countertop and cabinet paint. Everybody said it would take 8-10 weeks and that I was dreaming to think it could be done in a month, but they came through with flying colors.  Not only were things done in a timely manner (demo and floors in 4 days?!?!), but everybody did excellent work and seemed to take pride in the quality with which they completed each task. The project manager, Roman was good-natured and patient and had a totally can-do-easy-peasy attitude that really put my Type A at ease. He managed the tasks and seemed to be able to juggle 352 tasks at the same time and still get everything done - and done right. And talk about customer service! Not only were the office staff super responsive, when we had that flood from the old under-sink plumbing, Gherman and Derek were here at 7:00am to fix it - or die trying!   We have so much faith in this company, we'd like them to tackle our out-dated weirdly designed upstairs bathroom. Even though that's down the line, I can't imagine anyone but Zion to do the job. I appreciate the renovation of my kitchen and floors, but also the renewal of energy and joy they've given to our lives.

I've hired M & M Home Repair twice: March 2019 and January 2021 to fix broken backyard fence both…read moretimes. Here are pros & cons and my advice if you are thinking of hiring them. PROS + Mike tries to address the cause of the problem. I have lost a total of 7 fence posts in the past 5 years because they rot. Mike used the Rotbloc Wrap to prevent the posts from rotting under the ground. + Mike was able to give me a free estimate and repaired my face. There were delays but he did it in the end. I tried to get a quote from big names in town, but I couldn't. CONS -Both times when I hired Mike, there was a problem with details, some big, some small. First time (2019), his crew fixed my fence but didn't do a good job. He had to come back to fix it himself. Second time (2021), I notice that one of the posts was longer and a few of them were shorter than other posts. He fixed the post that was too long, but there was nothing that could be done with the two posts that are too short (by about 6 inches). ADVICE *Make sure to inspect the site when they are done to make sure everything looks good. *Get quotes from other contractors. I found out later that a Yelper friend of mine in town hired a different contractor and paid less than half of what I paid. I could be comparing apples and oranges, but both he and I had 4 posts replaced in January 2021. Send me a private message if you want to know who my Yelp friend used. *Pay cash/check. There's a 3.9% processing fee for credit card payments. Overall, I'm happy with M & M, and I think I will use them again. His price was very reasonable and he was up front on the work needed. We ended up doing a lot more work to the house with Mike since the work he was doing was great and we were happy. Evan came to do the repairs and I couldn't be happier. He was always on time, very friendly, quick, and competent. The owner Matt (I believe he was the owner) was very accommodating and friendly from first contact to last contact. I think the type of work that I asked them to do was a lot smaller in scale than what they normally worked on, but nonetheless, they made me a fell like a priority and not an afterthought. Yes, it's taking a lot longer than anticipated, but there has been issues that have been out of their control. Such as supply delays, and pouring rain in which some products can not be applied. They completely covered the work areas with strong tarps that even held up against the destructive winds we had in early December. And yes, they have been working with wind and rain and inside the tarps in the freezing cold every day. The crew works full days Monday through Friday unless they have a delay in product or sub contractors. The crew has been extremely polite, cooperative and do they talk? Yes, of course, but unless it's their lunch break, the talking has been about the progress and how to go about it..

There was plumbing, electrical, Drywall, a difficult floor removal etc. Some of the team members had run businesses of their own, but preferred to have En Christo take care of the Biz end of things, so they could just work, and they were happy with the arrangement.
