The last great thing is that there are no membership fees. The downside? It is far, it's at the outskirts of Richmond and courts get booked up really fast so it is hard to book courts. Saying this, this place is really nice and has a private club feel to it, but without the membership or price.

When I came to collect my newly strung racket from the same clerk, he strung it at 25. I told him that we agreed on 26. I even reminded him that my other racket is strung at 25 and we agreed this one would be 26. He never even wrote this down on paper. It was quite frustrating as my mind only had to remember my racket tension while he works a day stringing many rackets. So I think it was obvious that he go it wrong. In either case, they did NOT fixed their error and placed the blame on me. I am quite upset and annoyed. I will never ever go back to this store. I feel like if I was a stern male that they would have agreed to fix the racket. However I was a female with two kids and they didn't take me seriously.
