Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I ordered five meals and they only gave me three burgers and one drink. It took almost an hour so I decided to run to target and grab some buns, ground meat and fries so I could eat dinner. My boyfriend and I came here to order our favorite- the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and only made one request, no cheese. We've ordered this sandwich this way countless times and it shouldn't be an issue, but we when we got our sandwiches they not only had no cheese on them, but no barbecue sauce.... This was disappointing. This is not the first time we've had an issue like this at this location, not to mention the line is usually extremely long for you to wait for a messed up order. I went here specifically for the limited chili cheeseburger. I specifically asked for no onions & no mustard on the burger. Cashier took the order as no onions & dry bun. Guess what.....after over 30 minutes in line, I got home to a chili cheeseburger with no chili, just the Fritos on top of a plain cheeseburger. Since moving we are trying every fast food restaurant we could get out hands on. I watch a few people from Texas and they said you have to try Whataburger so I jumped on it when I saw the restaurants. I ordered the Double meat Whataburger, onion rings and a large drink. Now there were a few people but not to crowded. they bought my food over and they asked me if I wanted ketchup I choose the spicy ketchup. The onion rings were DARK like being fried in old grease. When I dumped them out a lot of grease came out with it. The bottom of the container was covered in dirty grease. I couldn't finish them cause when you bite into it all I could taste was grease. As fo the burger it was awful. Everyone at my table was upset with their food. The only thing that was good was the spicy ketchup. My sister said that the fries tasted like cold McDonald's fries. We got home and I told my nephew about it and he was glad he didn't go. I usually give a restaurant one chance and if I Don't like it I won't return. Food's decent, but the line is one of the worst in town (& for a Whataburger, that's saying something. Starbucks still has the worst line, but Whataburger is a close second. It was the worst. i ordered a 3 piece chicken with gravy, apple pieces, and unsweet tea. I received a box that wasn't even put together properly the lid wasn't even unfolded so they could close close it, it was just laid over,no gravy no apples, 3 very dry very cold chicken pieces and a sweet tea. all for the whopping price of almost 10 dollars. everything else in my order was cold. it looked like the whole order was put together by someone that could care less about their job or quality of a good Whataburger restaurant. Of course it was take out so I didn't see all this before i got home. If I had ordered it for eat in I would have taken it back and demanded a refund!! Whataburger is officially my winner in the age old argument between them and in and out. I had the Monterey Melt, which was just the right amount of spice. The burger was HUGE and abundant with toppings. The fries were good, but nothing special. I had a chocolate malt to drink, which was yummy. Despite a long line, our order was ready quick and seemed made to order as it was hot and fresh. Congrats on the title Whataburger, I will be back for more!! TX wins!!! read more

My parents and I ordered our meals and was VERY DISAPPOINTED and how the burgers were made and served. The one time I wanted to eat out and it was a disappointment. This one snd the one off of Gattis school road in Hutto are terrible on service and management and that is who you blame not the employees, if they can't do the job hire new, if you do not know how to manage them ,the district manager is at fault and stop using the staff shortage card . Hire some shoppers to improve service and do reports it's bad when you get better service at 7-11 and they just stand behind a register. Example long wait times three cars ahead to day 27 minutes for two Whataburger combos and again not what was ordered then had to wait longer to be corrected and then was still not right. read more

Poor customer service and food quality. I ordered two crispy chicken cheese sandwiches and received the chicken sandwich without cheese. Went to ask for a remake of the sandwiches with cheese. One of the worker asked if I just want the cheese, then directed me to the supervisor. He came out and apologized for the mistake. He then ask if I want him to add the cheese or for them to remake it. I said to please remake it, because at this point the sandwiches are cold. He took the sandwiches to the back and came back out with two wrapped up sandwiches in a new bag. When I got in the car I opened the sandwiches and found that all he did was add a cold piece of cheese to the same sandwiches I gave him. I don't think it's proper food handling to give a customer the old sandwiches and claimed it as new. Will be reporting to the health department. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS WHATABURGER. We waited over an hour for a curbside pick up for two meals. We got out and politely went to check on the status, because again we were waiting OVER AN HOUR. A worker came out and told us they couldn't find our order and we even showed them our charge on our card and our online order submission. They told us pretty much we aren't making your order and to just dispute it. The manager wouldn't even come out to speak with us. So we left with no food, and no refund at the time. And no they were not short on staff considering there were several employees on their phones and hugging and chasing each other around. The burgers here are a nice size, but lack in taste. The spicy ketchup is a nice touch, but I'd rather go to In n Out next door.

If I could give this place NO STARS I absolutely would. Don't get me wrong, I am a whataburger fan, but this location has been the worst experience we have ever had. It should not take over an hour to "make" one burger, which was also a mobile order. Let me be clear, we eventually had to request a refund, have them cancel the order, and walk out without anything in hand. Will NEVER come to this location again. Even the refund process took the person 3 trips to the back, multiple questions about the name on the order and the receipt (which was shown to her multiple times) before anything was done. I understand it's the holiday season and that they are busy and short staffed, but when asking the status half an hour and then finally at the post-hour mark, we were told "oh it's being made". I personally saw at least 15 cars come through the drive thru and leave with their food while we waited. We were in line at 10:45 pm. The cashier told us that they were only doing takeout orders. I asked why since they don't close lobby until 11:00pm she told us that is was company policy to close the lobby and not to let anyone eat in the lobby. This place has completely gone down the tubes. On the off-chance the owner or manager reads this and cares, this place has been a complete disaster the last few times I've gone. The wait to get through the drive through is about 3-4 minutes per car, which is nearly intolerable, but at least if you wait 45 minutes in line behind no more than 8 people, you'd like to get what you ordered. The last few times I went, something was messed up every time. This time, I ordered a burger with no onions that was covered in onions, and a chicken strip meal where the sauce was spilled all over everything in the box and leaking through the box when I got home. No napkins, no ketchup. Did they ask if I wanted these things? No. I should not have to remind them that these are desired. The girl at the lobby was extremely rude, telling me the lobby was closed when I came to pick up an order as a Favor driver. The directions explicitly said to use the lobby, and the lobby was clearly open with someone who just paid right before I came in. The order had been ready for 20 minutes and yet she refused to give it to me and made me use the drive-through, making the customer wait an additional 30 minutes.
