This review is for the Daphne location. We were there on Aug 16th and dined inside. The burgers were very dry, barely warm, and the buns were stale. The fries were cooked in rancid oil, it left that bitter flavor in the mouth. Tables were dirty. Previous (two times) we ordered through the drive through, got our order wrong both times. Will not go back to this location or recommend it. read more

Everything! There was only one other guest in the restaurant beside us. We waited about 7 min and 2 different employees walked up the register like they were going to take our order then turned around and went to the back and never came back!!! read more

The restaurant was clean. We were greeted quickly and our order was taken. We like Whataburger always have. Unfortunately it was not a good experience with the food. It just wasn't good. We still like Whataburger just not at this location. read more

Horrible service, bad attitudes and the most average burger on the eastern shore. Drive thru employees don't speak except to tell you the price of your food. read more

Burnt my chicken sandwich burnt my chicken sandwich burnt my chicken sandwich burnt my chicken sandwich

Terribly slow service! Been waiting 20 minutes so far. I got my money back and left. They weren't even busy. read more

Hell no, twin, don't go here. They gave our food to the wrong people, and those people had already been picking at it. We asked them to remake it, but then they burnt the tenders and onion rings and even forgot another item in the order. To top it off, they blamed it on us because we didn't have the plastic table number, even though they never gave us one. read more

First time trying Whataburger and I was not disappointed! The burgers were huge and delicious. Fries were good specially with their fancy "spicy" ketchup. The chicken tenders weren't dry and pretty delicious . Yum ! The salon was clean and the employees were polite. They need this in S Fl !! read more

Caleb is a great cook, brought us out a flawless patty melt, give this man a raise! I'm a regular and I've never been disappointed at this location. read more

This location served me completely inedible food. The fries are always cold but this time they only filled the box up half way. My burger had so much mustard I couldn't eat it, it was the wrong size patty, the tomatoes were even sliced from the wrong direction. It really makes me wonder what is wrong with the people working there. Just horrible and disappointing. It's a shame people don't take pride in what they do anymore. read more

They made sure my apple pie was H O T !!! 5/5 welcome to What- A - BURGERR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We decided to try a new Whataburger in Daphne, AL. Drive up was easy but slow considering not a lot of customers, It was a new building so that was nice. The fries were just ok nothing I would go back for. the burger I ordered with onion, tomato and mustard. That's all I could taste! The burger, I've had potato chips thicker than that mashed hammered paper thin brown thing. All I could think of was the old Wendy's slogan "Where's the Beef" Well it's not at Whataburger!! read more

This is a very awkward location. Go thru drive thru and they have two lines .. keep in mind this is not average drive thru line. One line is at the window and they other line is on the opposite side. The line that's on the opposite side has to wait all day for them to take your money and bring your food.. they should have kept it simple. I suggest if visiting this location get in the inner lane. Fries seem old looking, but were hot. Fajita was hot, the only thing that bother me was that I asked boy if he put ketchup and salsa and bag. He had to go back to get it for me .. cool. But when I got ready to eat why he only put one salsa and keep in mind their salsa is very small.. ugh. read more

Third terrible review I have left for this particular Whataburger... Today it was nasty attitude in the drive thru from the window cashier- All over my order for a simple Dr. Pepper milkshake- If ya don't like your job quit - and stop having an attitude when you have to do your job they are overpaying you for. read more

Premium hamburger restaurant chain. It has an old school feel. The food is made fresh. There enough room for about 50 people. We received excellent customer service. I ordered a double meat cheeseburger & fries. The sandwich was huge and I couldn't finish it (at first), it was hot and juicy. There are many things on the menu that I look forward to trying, the next time I'm in the area. read more

That was THE worst Whataburger experience ever. My husband son & I just left that place & were so disappointed. I want my money back. All three of our burgers were cold cheese not even melted. Fries cold & hard. Took way longer than it should have. It was so awful. I grew up in Corpus & have been eating amazing Whataburger meals all over Texas and even in Oklahoma but I've never had it taste this awful. For about 10 min there wasn't even someone up front to help people walking in to order after us. It was chaos:( read more

Very disappointed. We ordered 2 meals and the buns were old and cracked after 2 bites. The lettuce was wet and made the sandwiches soggy . Not what we expected for $22.00. Will not be back. read more

Great great burgers!! My favorite Mushroom burger and Malts!! Friendly service and great food..

Tastes great with quick friendly service. Clean area and nice double lane drive through.

I say to please give this location another try. I have been there a few times since they hit the 10:00 local news and all of the meals have been very good. Service is still also very good. I have not been inside to enjoy the ambiance but believe the gentleman that works the eat-in customers is still doing an excellent job. I would bet you 10ea Number 2 meals that the restaurant was fully cleaned and visitors evicted the next morning. Also, the Health Department would not have allowed them to reopen without a thorough inspection. C'mon !! Daphne & Spanish Fort... This is Whataburger... we waited for years for them to open a location in our neck of the woods. Let's show them some love. It's a great time of year to do just that ! Number 2 with Cheese, please ! read more

I am so impressed with the service I received from the staff there. She was so awesome, made sure I had a straw and noticed I didn't. Went back to get one, was about to give it to me, but notices it was open, went back and got me another one that wasn't opened. I definitely thanked her. She did all that with a good attitude and smile. Made my day. read more

Slow. Second time we've came and the first time we had to leave it took so long without ordering. This time we are waiting and yes it's a little busy but they have no urgency or care. SO SLOW. Be prepared to be there for at least 30 min at the drive thru. read more

Wow this fast food restaurant is crazy busy with the drive through line wrapped around the building at 11 am. This is my first visit to the new Whataburger restaurant in Daphne today. The wait was not long to order our food. Customer service was friendly and efficient. I ordered the Whataburger Jr. meal deal and replaced the fries with onion rings and my husband had had the mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. The restaurant brings your drinks to your table and you take a number to your table to wait fir delivery of your order. An employee brings your meal and a tray of condiments which are individually packaged and you request the ones you need. My husband said his burger was very delicious and his strawberry milkshake was just average with just a vanilla milkshake with a swirl of strawberry syrup swirled through it. My Whataburger Jr. was basically tasteless. Not my choice next time! The onion rings were delicious and so glad I skipped the fries. An employee was continually checking on the customers to see if refills were needed and cleared our table when our meal was completed. Awesome customer service!! read more

This was my first time eating at a Whataburger down south. I'm from Hawaii and we don't have Whataburgers there. I ordered a fish Sandwhich and it was really good! It's decently priced. I did drive through and it was a long line but totally worth the stop and time. Highly recommend! read more

Service was extremely slow. Waited 5 min at order window for someone to take order. Place was not busy. Only ordered three tenders and small fry and it took 35 min to get food. I have been to nice set-down restaurants that was crowded and got food faster. Definitely poor management. read more

Waited for over 45 minutes for one single cheeseburger, worst Whataburger I have ever been to. Will not be back.

Ok y'all I was out running errands and started feeling a little light headed. So Whataburger was nearby, got a Whataburger Jr w cheese and jalapeños. That did the trick!! Also a chocolate milkshake. Yummy since 1950 and going strong. read more
