Pro tip : seems like most Saturday's they have a dish called Josh's chicken. I'm working on dropping some weight . So this is a chicken quarter with their seasoning / rub. It's excellent , by itself . But I strip the skin which sheds the chicken to about 270 to 300 calories . The Texas White BBQ takes LJ ' s offers takes this chicken to another level . The white sauce I was told does not have any sugar in it , so the calories are lower than any other white sauces you encounter , if any or few , in Texas . I then have cut celery sticks and cut carrots with the sauce to dip , and now you have an ALL world , lower calorie lunch or dinner . You could go with the regular bbq sauce . But trust me the Texas White BBQ Sauce is life altering !

Went in over the weekend (Friday night) in the late evening and ordered 2 chicken strip meals. Went through the drive through and when I got to the window the woman was just flat out rude. She snatched my card out of my hand swiped it shoved it back at me and tells me "go to the poll and wait ill bring it out". She made us pull forward and wait (which is understandable that late in the evening). We waited for almost 10 mins when finally the same rude woman brought out our food... To bad the order was wrong. When I told her it was not our order and that it was ridiculous that it had taken so long already she tried to argue with me and say it was and that thats how long it takes to make fresh food... I was not going to sit around and be yelled at by someone I was paying so i rolled up my window up all the while the woman continued to yell... She then went inside to get the correct order. About 2 mins went by and I decided I was NOT going to pay for this kind of service. I parked my car and went inside. As I was walking inside the same lady was walking out a different door with our food. i waved her back and told her i didnt want it and just wanted my card refunded. Through the window she coped an attitude and flung the back around and came back inside. She then (still with attitude) tells me its ready and i can take it. I told her no she could just refund my card. The woman had the nerve to ask me why!!! I told her I that it took wayyyy to long (almost 15 mins) and she was rude. She then started yelling at me telling me if i wanted fresh food thats how long it took and went to the fryers and started pushing the buttons yelling "SEE!!" I told her I just wanted the refund she snatched the card out of my hand and walked away to refund it (come to find out the woman was the manager). She walked back and tell me "You were rude to me first" and throws my card and the receipt at me. I was APPALLED!!! I guess if i ever move to Brenham I wont be eating Whataburger... At least not if thats the employees they are going to have staff there establishment!!! read more

Came in late at night, had a complicated drive-through order for 5+ people and they nailed it while simultaneously being very polite and courteous for it being so late at night. Food was great, as it usually is (let's face it this is whataburger, not Ruth's Chris, I know what I'm getting into) Very good experience overall.
