    Came to visit my niece and what did she want to eat? You guessed it..Chick-fil-A. This was a first time for me, trying out the Chick-fil-A in Brenham. A few things to note: they have a drive thru line for mobile orders and regular orders, they have someone actually standing at the drive thru line taking your orders, and there's an outside patio area. Customer service is A1 and the food was absolutely perfect.

    Everything needs to be improved at this place. The food and the service. My family drove by over this weekend from Houston and I never thought a chick fil a would have made the mistakes they did. How do you forget to add chicken to the sandwich? One of the sandwiches half of the cheese was outside, as if the cheese was just "slapped" in there. The wait was long (over 10 min), causing lines to get even longer (we had only one person in front of us when we got there, by the time we left over 7 cars waiting (it wasn't even a peak hour). They will not make it working here in Houston.

    They continue to not give full Orders of fries. The line takes forever. They bring food to the back of the drive through but you are blocked in by cars in the front not having gotten their food yet while your food sits there and gets cold. There are yellow poles blocking you from going into the other lane to go around cars that haven't gotten their food.

    Sad chicken breast pretty small customer service was ok. It's always a hit or miss for those trying to make breakfast in time and understand when you make it just in time that they're making sure it's not a pleasure to serve you vibes

    Cover for cars but not their workers

    Treat your workers like human beings. Whoever the manager is that tried to argue with me that her " coworkers arrive sunburnt already," then proceeded to turn back and stand at the register indoors?? Real monster.

    Mobile thru was slower than regular drive thru. Literally watched people order and leave before I received my pre order

It saddens me to admit that my appetite no longer seems to justify a $14 expense of an all you can eat. The chicken was pretty good. It reminds me of Bush's; good sized pieces, good crust, not very assertive in terms of seasoning (which some might call bland). The bone-in chicken was fresh, hot, and replenished frequently. The tenders were good. I wasn't hungry enough to try everything on the buffet, but if you are, it's probably a good deal. They have a slightly wimpy but adequate salad bar, and a nice array of hot sides. The mashed potatoes were good, you could choose between cream or brown gravy, and the other sides looked good. A buffet that includes the drink is a nice touch. The service was not great. My not very friendly cashier gave me a styrofoam plate (school lunch leftovers I think, with a section marked MILK, ), but not a real tray, and gave no explanation on how to approach seconds at the buffet. While I was there, two different customers had to go ask for a new plate, and almost always had to wait because the cashier was busy elsewhere. When I knocked over my drink, I mopped up what I could with napkins then notified the counter people. They were so unrestrained I wasn't sure they'd even heard me, but one did grab a mop and bucket. I apologized to them as they cleaned up, but no one ever said anything. I don't expect them to be happy about an extra clean up, but decent customer service requires at least acknowledging an embarrassed and apologetic customer!!

    i have never experienced such terrible and disrespectful service from a restaurant like domino's…read more from the moment i walked in, the staff made me feel like i was a burden rather than a customer. no one greeted me, no one even acknowledged that i was standing there waiting, and when they finally did, it was with a rude attitude as if they were doing me a favor. the food itself was absolutely disappointing. the pizza looked like it had been carelessly thrown together, with barely any toppings, cheese burnt in some places and completely raw dough in others. it was obvious they didn't care about quality or taking their time to do things right. to make matters worse, my order was wrong, and when i pointed it out, the employees acted like i was inconveniencing them by asking for the food i actually paid for. on top of all this, the store was dirty and completely uninviting. tables were sticky, floors had trash and spills everywhere, and nobody seemed to care about cleaning up. this lack of basic respect for customers and their environment is just unacceptable. the biggest issue, however, was the complete disrespect i felt. the employees didn't show any professionalism or courtesy. when i asked questions about my order, they ignored me or responded with a rude tone. i have never felt so unwelcome or dismissed by a restaurant in my life. domino's clearly doesn't value their customers or their reputation. if you want to be treated with basic decency, receive the food you actually ordered, or have any kind of decent dining experience, avoid domino's at all costs. this place is a joke, and i will never spend another dollar here again.

I wouldn't be mad if I knew the sandwich I got was going to be expensive, but it wasn't..I got the same exact order for $11 a few days before at a different location. As a broke college student I've never been more pissed, and as someone who has worked customer service I've never been more embarrassed by someone else's performance. I genuinely don't think I will be going back to any subway location let alone this one for a long time because I was just so frustrated by this experience.
