Our grandson loves the stuffed cheese pizza. My husband and I always get the super pizza.

i have never experienced such terrible and disrespectful service from a restaurant like domino's. from the moment i walked in, the staff made me feel like i was a burden rather than a customer. no one greeted me, no one even acknowledged that i was standing there waiting, and when they finally did, it was with a rude attitude as if they were doing me a favor. the food itself was absolutely disappointing. the pizza looked like it had been carelessly thrown together, with barely any toppings, cheese burnt in some places and completely raw dough in others. it was obvious they didn't care about quality or taking their time to do things right. to make matters worse, my order was wrong, and when i pointed it out, the employees acted like i was inconveniencing them by asking for the food i actually paid for. on top of all this, the store was dirty and completely uninviting. tables were sticky, floors had trash and spills everywhere, and nobody seemed to care about cleaning up. this lack of basic respect for customers and their environment is just unacceptable. the biggest issue, however, was the complete disrespect i felt. the employees didn't show any professionalism or courtesy. when i asked questions about my order, they ignored me or responded with a rude tone. i have never felt so unwelcome or dismissed by a restaurant in my life. domino's clearly doesn't value their customers or their reputation. if you want to be treated with basic decency, receive the food you actually ordered, or have any kind of decent dining experience, avoid domino's at all costs. this place is a joke, and i will never spend another dollar here again. read more

Awful.. awful.. awful I made an online order 20 minutes out from the store. I get there to pick up my order and they say it will be at least another 45 minutes before my order is ready. All I ordered was one medium cheese pizza and one order of cheese sticks. I told them don't worry about it. I don't need it. All these negative reviews and they don't even realize this is not gourmet pizza it's fast food that's like critiquing McDonald's for not having a Gordon Ramsay cheeseburger are you kidding me... I went by Domino's today my children wanted pizza and I didn't feel like spending $60 at a Mom and Pop shop in downtown Brenham for pizza so Domino's it is went up to the store order in person George W. Not only took my order but made the pizza very wonderful customer service and the pizza was done in a timely manner I highly recommend getting pizza at this location kid's will be happy so will your wallet read more

I had to drive 26 miles to the closest dominos so I placed my order on the mobile app and went and pick it up and went back home and when I opened my pizza box I found a burnt pizza and toppings Harley covering it i paid for 3 toppings and the 32 garlic bites dry and hard so I called the store back and talked to Clarence and told him about my experience and he said he would credit my credit card back and it would take 2-3 days for it to be back on my credit card that was on July 29th and now it's August 4th and still no credit so I called the store back today i was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and then I was told that Clarence was not working today and they didn't know when he would be working so don't go there unless you want to get a crappy food i wasted 35.00 for shitty food read more

This location did an amazing job when we were passing through town. The food was excellent quality and they got our pizza out at a reasonable time despite there being a large previous order for a boys soccer team. When we checked the food our order was accurate. I asked if we could eat the pizza there and they said they didn't close until 1 am which was honestly a huge relief because we didn't feel rushed. They were sufficiently staffed at 10pm on a Friday and each member that we interacted with was exceptionally respectful. Order took forever, food was lukewarm. Pizza was stuck to the top of the box and tasteless. It went into the garbage after the first slice. Ordered the chicken Caesar salad, I received the standard garden salad. Management offered to send replacement, but I wasn't willing to wait 45 minutes to an hour. This isn't the first disappointing experience I've had with this store. Lesson learned I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. This seems to be a trend with this particular store. read more

Absolute worst customer service ever. They tried to charge me $18 for a specialty pizza when all I wanted was pineapple and ham the other one was just supposed to be sausage mushroom and peppers and also $18 for a specialty. Even though they have a sign clearly stating 9.99 for large up to 5 toppings. My last pizza was just pepperoni. They told me $55 for 3 pizzas and after being talked to with the tone that I was spoken to I finally told the manager he could cancel my order and today and all my orders in the future I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Update*** Almost two weeks later, I've received a compensation coupon in the mail, basically for a free full order. And given that they don't screw up so bad so often... I'm willing to forgive them, now that they've made an effort to make it right. I really do love their food, as their ingredients and quality products is just better than the alternative pizza places, especially around here. I often will overlook missing sauces or whatever, but I'm glad they made an effort to make that awful mishap right. They've regained a customer. read more

After 40 min of website error and installing a new app and calling the store I finally got the order placed online. But the store would not honor my buy one get one free coupon. Rip off! My husband and I picked up dinner for ourselves and my parents yesterday evening. We got there around 5:45. As in couldn't get the flippin' internet to work in the parking lot, we order at the counter. We were the only customers at the time, so there was no wait. The gentleman who took our order was pleasant and efficient. We ordered a large thin crust with black olives and double hamburger to get the $7.99 everyday walk in deal, and we ordered my parents a medium thin crust Extravaganzza (might not be spelling that correctly). Both came to $21 and some change. Less than 20 minutes later we were in the car and on our way to back home. Home, being a good almost 15 minutes away. After the drive and sitting in the oven for a bit the pizza was still fresh and warm. Is it my favorite pizza? No. I much prefer their recipe from around ten years ago. Why they changed it I'll never understand. Was it good though? Yes. And it was definitely a good deal for the quantity. read more

So, I placed my order online, put my credit card info and thought I paid and they delivered as expected except when they got here they said I needed to pay cash which was a honest misunderstanding. After not taking the pizza because I had no cash the manager called me and refused to sell me pizza and was very rude about it. I would not recommend working or buying at this location as long as this manager has a job there only because this is very unexpected from a company like Dominos. read more

Sorry Domino's. It seems you give us the wrong order 50% of the time and then charge us the same. Our experience tonight was a disaster. Trying to order on the phone, being told "it's paid for", me trying to explain that's impossible as my credit card recently changed, clarifying my name, address, etc. The order taker insisting that "it's paid for" and me giving up. Resulting in me tipping our driver in cash because I still didn't know what "it's paid for" means. (for toppings I didn't order it turns out, but I'm starving, with a cold and two hungry kids, so I gave up) The driver returning 30 minutes later to tell us that "it's not paid for". Having to call Domino's again and explain at length the dilemma, and Domino's in the end taking my credit card info and charging us for the pizzas that I did not order. My friend from out of town ordered me some pizza from this Dominos and they would not give me my pizza because I did not have the physical card. They refused to give it to me without a picture of the card. My friend felt uncomfortable sending that card information due to the fact that people steal credit cards based off of pictures!!!!!!! I order 14 BBQ wings, 8 regular chicken bites (or whatever you'd like to call them) and then the stuffed cheesy bread sticks. The breadsticks were amazing, but that wasn't the problem.. Instead of my 14 wings along with the 8 regular boneless chicken pieces, I just get two boxes of about ten to a dozen no less chicken pieces. No BBQ sauce on them, just little cups of hot sauce. When I call back (I ordered more cheesy breadsticks) I decided just to ask for a cup of BBQ sauce because I didn't want to make a big deal and ask for a whole new thing of wings. When they arrive, (I was getting my food delivered to a hotel) the breadsticks were great, but instead of BBQ sauce they gave me some weird habanero sauce! That's what made me pretty mad. I didn't confirm correct order at counter and employee didn't read off or confirm either. Once again fell prey to this restaurant's ridiculously poor customer service. Get a notification on their pizza tracker that the order was delivered. Odd. Look around our porch. Look around the parking lot. No one is around. No knock on the door. Called the store and was told by a polite lady "Maybe the driver got tied up or something. Call back in a little while if you don't hear from us. We'll make sure you get your order." Patiently we wait 30 minutes and call again. A man answers, "Uh yeah. Our driver was there and waited like 10 minutes. We tried calling but no one answered." There's no voicemail or call history. No knock on the door. No acknowledgement that I called the store immediately as we received the delivery notification. No delivery driver was around. They offer to deliver then proceeds to offer to deliver it but only if we pay a second delivery fee. Insane. A manager could've just apologized and sent out someone to deliver the order but instead they lost a sale. Clearly my bank is not going to honor a transaction that was not delivered. Whoever owns this franchise must truly be ashamed. I know of nothing positive about the place and feel stupid for even giving them another chance. read more

I placed an order for delivery and I waited for an hour and a half and still no pizza so I ended up calling back and cancelling my order. a few days later I tried it once again, ordering online and my order would not go through. I ended up calling and asking why I couldn't place an order online and the owner says that once you cancel an order for delivery that you can't order online after that... so I can't order pizza when dominos can't get there food delivered on time?! not only that but he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I understand a few minutes but I waited almost 2 hours. The "owner" is extremely rude and the only guy running the place.. Yikes! no wonder why nobody wants to work for him! He needs a reality check on customer service! I've worked in a food industry for over a year and if you can't get the food not only out on time but also you're extremely rude to customers you'll never get any business. I've never seen anything like this! He wasn't even answering any of the phone calls either, we had to call 7 times until we got ahold of him. I ordered a pizza and the first driver got lost delivering it. He calls me and asks for directions. I give them to the driver. Still no show. So I have to call them and it's now been at about an hour. I tell the manager I want to cancel my order and don't want cold pizza. He puts me on hold and comes back and says he'll make sure the pizza is not cold and it's on it's way. NOPE cold and rubbery. Didn't fix the problem they created. I'm sorry you can't find my house that is 10 minutes away from the location. The least you could have done was make a couple new pizzas before you delivered them.
