The food was piping hot, and a vast variety of all kinds of pizza were available on the buffet. If there was not something you wanted, they would make it for you. The dessert on the buffet was cannoli. These tasy treats were great, slight gritty texture which I am not used to in this type of dessert. However, they were tasty and had a crispy shell! The ambiance of the place was a bit older. It was clean, though there were some stains because the place is not brand new. The wait staff and cook staff were absolutely amazing. Ashley was super nice! She offered to help us and kept our drinks filled. The bathrooms were clean, and when the TP was out in the men's room, my hubby notified them, and in seconds, there was restocking right away.

My only complaint is getting core or white lettuce and the salads are not as green or even have much on them as they should. We have always had great service. We typically sit in the back where the TVs are or on the patio, weather permitting. Grandkids love the food, they have fun drink options at the bar. Alcohol or not! I've never had issues with the service. They get us our food and drinks and are always kind.

Once you place your order, you seat yourself and the server brings your food. I had the spinach salad which was ok. Hubby had the Blue truffle burger which he really enjoyed. The French fries were plentiful. The atmosphere was very casual; not too loud. We enjoyed that.

MOD is quick and basically blows away just about any national pizza chain in quality and product. Skip the HUT and Dominos and go here instead. Finally had to ask for syrup, ketchup, and coffee refills because no one ever came back by to check on us. It's like as soon as a new table walks in the door they forget about you. The poor owner is running around like crazy and cooking. I've seen at least 5 other people,I'm assuming work here, but aren't doing much. The interior is clean and well lit. My advice is train your staff to handle front of house because there is potential, but one guy can't do it all. I hope they get the logistics figured out or it won't be here long.

Only once has the pizza from this location been cooked correctly, either undercooked or burnt is the standard option here. Secondly they like to leave items off the order this last time they knew it was not there. When I called the store and asked when to expect a refund all I got was a runaround ultimately being told they couldn't do a refund. In simple terms they stole money and I suspect this is the norm at this location. My expectations of Papa Johns is not high in the first place but now it is even lower which is surprising given I did not think it could go lower. I guess my only option for pizza in Brenham going forward is Digiorno's from the grocery store.

i have never experienced such terrible and disrespectful service from a restaurant like domino's…read more from the moment i walked in, the staff made me feel like i was a burden rather than a customer. no one greeted me, no one even acknowledged that i was standing there waiting, and when they finally did, it was with a rude attitude as if they were doing me a favor. the food itself was absolutely disappointing. the pizza looked like it had been carelessly thrown together, with barely any toppings, cheese burnt in some places and completely raw dough in others. it was obvious they didn't care about quality or taking their time to do things right. to make matters worse, my order was wrong, and when i pointed it out, the employees acted like i was inconveniencing them by asking for the food i actually paid for. on top of all this, the store was dirty and completely uninviting. tables were sticky, floors had trash and spills everywhere, and nobody seemed to care about cleaning up. this lack of basic respect for customers and their environment is just unacceptable. the biggest issue, however, was the complete disrespect i felt. the employees didn't show any professionalism or courtesy. when i asked questions about my order, they ignored me or responded with a rude tone. i have never felt so unwelcome or dismissed by a restaurant in my life. domino's clearly doesn't value their customers or their reputation. if you want to be treated with basic decency, receive the food you actually ordered, or have any kind of decent dining experience, avoid domino's at all costs. this place is a joke, and i will never spend another dollar here again.
