We came here earlier today while driving through town and enjoyed it. We used the drive through where Asia helped us out, and she did a great job & was very pleasant to interact with. Shout out to her for our good experience! The food was solid too. My fiancé liked her bacon burger, and I also enjoyed my chicken sandwich. The fries were just okay. June 4 - entered the order on the app. Walked in to eat, and they said there was no order in my name. The girl who waited on me passed me over to the guy. He looked at my phone and saw what i had ordered, and said you need to reenter, so we did. But I did not want to reenter my credit card # because I could see I had already been charged for it. The guy just turned his back on us and walked away. We sat down and waited about 5 minutes and I asked had they received the order and the girl said we need to re-order. So we left and ate somewhere else. When I got home I called and was told to come back today and speak to Ricky. Just that and he said he cannot do anything, give refund or credit because it was done on the app. There is no place on the app to call or contact. So I paid $21.28 for nothing except rude contact.I will be taking that app off of the phone. read more

Okay Burger King Chappel Hiil just flubbed my order Royally! I asked for a whopper With Cheese lettuce and Mayo only and a Mustard whopper add Moyo. What I got was their smallest Cheeseburger and a regular Whopper all the way which adds ketchup... no mustard anywhere. Mustard whoppers have no ketchup. I think this one had too mayo and the unwanted ketchup. Might be someone's favorite but definitely not what I ordered. read more

This location is connected to a small truck stop like location. They have two entrances as well. When I arrived I could see patrons eating inside. I walked up and the doors were locked. I tried the other door and found the same situation. There were no signs on the doors to indicate what was going on. I returned to the main door looking for an employee and saw none. I started to walk away until I saw a patron try to leave and find themselves locked in. So I walked back over and was rudely told to go to the drive thru. Decided it wasn't worth the effort and drove further down the road to find somewhere else to eat. read more

The cashier seemed brand new and didn't even know BK sold a veggie burger, but the manager was quick to let her know. Horrible people work here , they are rude , unprofessional and absolute soulless children. I had just lost my father an hour before and was on the road back home. Me and my son stopped here because we were starving and usually like BK. Of course they got our order wrong and when I went back to the window to have it fixed I was upset and told them my father had just passed away. They closed the window on me and proceeded to laugh and make fun of me . I guess because I was so upset or maybe they found it humorous that I had just lost a loved one. When they did bring me the onion rings they had left out of my order the " manager " Priscilla continued to laugh at me to my face. Stopped on the way to Austin, and although chain/fast food restaurants are on my "do not stop" list, this Burger King was a pleasant surprise. The service was good, and importantly, the place was clean, clean, clean. The manager, Ricky, came by to see if everything was OK. Apx. every 5 minutes, one of the staff was wiping off tables, bussing, sweeping the floor. What a refreshing sight! This Burger King is attached to a gas station and convenience store, and they share restrooms. They seemed clean. For a quick stop, this was good. I'd give it four stars, but I wish they had more salads on the menu. read more
