The best jalapeno cheese burger in the Universe…read more They get VERY busy at times, so be patient. The service here I have always felt in a scale of 1-10 is a 9 or 10. Pro tip : Call ahead for the burger, it's ready in 20 to 25 minutes. If there is a line to order / pay, stand to the left of the line for pay/ pickup. I don't believe it is marked as such ? Ambiance is not fancy, but clean.

NEWSFLASH.....THIS JUST IN ..LOCAL COUPLE HAS SUBPAR MEAL AT THE DAIRYBAR…read more Yep, that's right! My wife and I had a surprisingly bad meal at the dairy bar. We thought about using the drive-through but that line was extremely long with oversized trucks and SUVs and such so we decided to park and walk in ; the dining area was surprisingly not busy. Maybe three tables were occupied; we were able to order immediately. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings and a Sprite and my wife ordered a cheeseburger french fries and an unsweet tea with extra ice. Although the kitchen was preparing food for all the vehicles outside, we received our food in less than 10 minutes . I noticed my burger tasted a bit odd because the pickles and lettuce were quite chilled, and yet the beef patty seemed lukewarm at best and it did not even attempt to melt the cheese that had been placed upon it; same situation for my wife's hamburger. The cheese just sat there on the hamburger patty, not budging, not melting not getting gooey just sitting there. While her french fry order was hot and fresh, my onion ring order was rather lukewarm and crispy and yet also somewhat rubbery. Kind of weird for a fried product unless it had been fried and then possibly reheated in the microwave and served to me. It became obvious to both of us that the kitchen staff had simply pre-cooked some hamburger patties and set them aside and plopped them on hamburger buns and then they added the chilled mustard, lettuce, onions, and pickles. I hope that someone from the restaurant actually reads this review because across the highway I'd be willing to bet that there are several eating establishments that are about to go in providing us with more dining options.

The to go utensil pack is a knife and spoon only. We ordered salads and spaghetti and meatballs. They had salad, soup, pizza, pizza rolls, garlic knots, and even nice glasses of wine available. The bufet is what my family ate. There were full menu options as well. The food was piping hot, and a vast variety of all kinds of pizza were available on the buffet. If there was not something you wanted, they would make it for you. The dessert on the buffet was cannoli. These tasy treats were great, slight gritty texture which I am not used to in this type of dessert. However, they were tasty and had a crispy shell! The ambiance of the place was a bit older. It was clean, though there were some stains because the place is not brand new. The wait staff and cook staff were absolutely amazing. Ashley was super nice! She offered to help us and kept our drinks filled. The bathrooms were clean, and when the TP was out in the men's room, my hubby notified them, and in seconds, there was restocking right away.

Stopped by for dinner during a weekend birthday celebration in Burton. I love how many businesses…read morein these small towns are set up in converted homes. It gives everything a cozy, charming feel with a lot of character. Parking, though, can be tricky. It's limited, and if you're wearing heels, the rocky ground and steep hill can make it a bit of a challenge when the lot fills up. We had reservations but arrived a little early, and they were able to seat us without an issue. Service was solid overall. The staff was quick to let us know what items were unavailable, which helped with decision-making. I did notice a dish being served that wasn't on the menu, and when I asked about it, we found out it was a seafood and noodle special. Two of us decided to try it. For food, we started with the sautéed garlic ricotta appetizer, which was a standout. It had a really nice balance of mild sweetness and savory flavor. The eggplant parmesan was huge and easily shareable between two people, with great flavor throughout. Honestly, most of the portions felt big enough to split. I ordered the seafood special, and while the flavor was decent, the shrimp were consistently overcooked and chewy, which made it hard to enjoy. The mussels were the highlight of the dish, though they reminded me of the frozen kind you can heat up at home. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way to recommend, but if it were the only option in town, I'd consider going back.

The Not So Good: Although happy they had a parking lot - wish there was more. The Ugly: The special of the night - seafood over pasta. Noodles were light and delicious, seafood looked fresh but everything was overshadowed by the level of garlic. I love garlic but not when that's all I taste. Such a shame because it had great potential.
