This food is really good for a college student. Even with that 1 review saying that it's super small the portions are massive! 10/10 would eat here again

$8.76... save your money and cross the street to Hartz!

Went here with a friend and she got the same order and it was crispy and the portions are huge. Went last night and I got some pale looking tenders that are sooo tiny. Not really worth the $8.76(4 tender meal). Basically got 2 tenders. I should've just gone to whataburgers for the same price and I will be full of better yet Hartz. This is the last stop for me with Bush.

Ordered two piece and got three

In reference to the lady who reviewed about the small chicken tenders. From my experience when I order the tender value meal they always and I mean always throw in an extra tender. I love bushes and eat here once a week during my lunch hour. The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Service is quick and reliable. keep it up guys... since day one that you have opened you guys have been holding strong. No place in Brenham is as fresh as ya'll. Update 3/2/16: ordered a two piece and got a four piece. You won't starve!

I've tried the others and nothing compares to Bush's. Hot food, welcoming customer service and never disappointed.

This place honestly is so mid. Not terrible but not worth the money or time wasted in this small dirty place.

Excellent food and service but the portions are small for the price you pay. Often times the chicken strips can be very small.

It was $7 for a very large double decked slice. The icing is very good - wish it had a hint of Lemon yo accentuate the flavor profile. The cake itself is dry. I dont taste the lemon, i can see a few signs if lemon zest inside the cake. However, would suggest flavoring the icing to really bring out that lemon flavor and maybe even placing a few fresh blueberries on top. I do however really like that its fresh large blueberries. they are visible and plenty. Going to assume the dryness is just because they were premade and being a festival they had to be cut prior (assuming all prep would have to occur the few days before). Judging by the look im sure a fresh cut piece is much moister. The blueberries were very juicy though and plump, which did add some moisture back in. i'm going to assume the lady running the booth is the owner/Baker, she was super sweet and personable. Great personality! I saw the cake and I'm not usually a cake eater, but I said "there's cake over here" to my group and some guy walking past us said "it's really good cake!" which is what me just go try a piece.

Definitely worth the read. We then walked over to the main building where there is a store and the observation deck. On the observation deck is where we met Eli. We asked 1 question (of course I don't remember which one that was!) and he was a wealth of information. He explained what each of the lines were producing which vats contained the flavors and pointed out where they load the pints and sherbet cups. No cameras are allowed on the deck. It was truly amazing to see the operation in production. Just a note - it closes at 2, so make sure you plan your time around that. Once we left the observation area, we went to the gift shop and ice cream parlor. I nice scoop of your favorite flavor for a dollar?? Wish I had room for more! It was totally delicious. You can tour the grounds and observation deck (no cameras on the deck, it's where you view the production process) free of charge. We started in the visitors center that was loaded with historical information and tools from early on. We made our way to the ice cream parlor where it's just $1 for a very generous one-scoop. We each had flavors that were exclusive to the parlor. Take a look at my pics, can you guess the flavors we had? I like Blue Bell ice cream but wow did it taste so much better getting it right there! Of course we checked out the gift shop which had cute stuff but didn't buy anything. Just a short drive from Austin (1.5 hours) and you're in a world of sugary goodness!
