We went to wing stop here in Brenham and the building was nasty, the workers were not using gloves and, messed up everyone's order. We ordered online 20-30 minutes before we went to pick it up. I ordered the habanero and lemon pepper wings , they both were utterly disgusting to say the least , they were tasteless , like literally eating a raw chicken. I got my order fast, no complaints there, but when did chicken wings become fast food. I seriously tried to like this place , I love wing stop but this location is so disappointing. No matter what the fries are always under cooked! I ordered online and requested well done fries. Def not cooked. Also, 99% of the time the food is cold and doesn't take fresh! The inside is usually dirty and smells weird. For the third week in a row I have gone to wingstop and tried to place an order and pay with cash and was turned away. Was told by the workers that they only took credit cards. It was around 9 pm. We have a Wingstop in Brenham!!! This is fabulous. No more desperate runs to College Station for Wingstop. They are busy due to pent up demand. The quality is consistent. When picking up a to go order they opened up each item and checked it's accuracy in front of us. No place does this. The dining room is kept clean. And the the loaded fries were AMAZING!! Didn't know their fries could be improved. Let's remember that they just opened. So hopefully the kinks with service will be worked out as the staff is trained read more

First time ordering from WingStop Brenham. To-go order that my son picked up. Got home and we were missing side order and dipping sauces were wrong. Called immediately and staff taking call said to come pick up fries. We live 6 miles away and what food we had would get cold. Staff member indicated that she would see if manager would refund card? Was not contacted. With technology and training these fast food businesses have no excuse for incomplete and wrong orders. The lady taking our order was very rude and unprofessional and acted like she hated her job. My order was wrong, which isn't an issue, but she didn't even apologize. We ordered from them twice. Wings were ok, not wonderful, definitely not worth the hassle they caused us. The second order they shorted us 10 boneless wings and when I called they told me they would note it on our account so the next time we ordered we could get them since we'd already paid for them and we live far from town and couldn't go pick them up that same night. When I called to order the next time I asked for the 10 they'd shorted us and they said that there was no note on my account so they couldn't give them to us because the manager who told me that wasn't on duty so they wouldn't give me the wings I'd already paid for. I asked if I could please get a copy of their work schedule so I could make sure to only order when that manager was on shift so we could get what they'd promised us and what we'd already paid for that they screwed up. We will NOT be ordering from them again. Wings weren't that great any way and if the manager doesn't even have the power to honor a $7 promise another manager gave us then they obviously have management issues so expect things there will only get worse.
