I was refused service at the drive through window just because I had 2 mobile orders. The black person at the window told me they could only take one order at a time, I had to drive around for the second order. There was no one behind us. I told the person that I had to waste my gas just to drive around? We had to talk to the manager and he said they would do better. I will never be back because this is not the only time we were told they couldn't give us 2 mobile orders at one time. No other Taco Bell does this! read more

I was told that since I had 2 mobile orders at the drive through that I could get one order, but I had to drive around for the other order. I told the person at the window that there is no one behind me and why should I waste my gas driving around again? As I was waiting to get my second order, the person shut the window on me and refused to give me service. So I drove around and demanded to see the manager. We got our second order and an apology from the manager, but I am never coming back to this Taco Bell. This is not the first time that they have done this. I called the owner before and was promised this wouldn't happen again, but obviously it has. No other Taco Bell takes one mobile order at one time. The service people are on a power trip at this location and rude! read more

I call and they hang up and I call again and they didn't respond o and they took so long for my food and they was a hair in my food

The last three times I've tried to eat here I've been told at the drive through speaker that they're closed due to "technical difficulties," then I've had to wait behind other people in line who were somehow able to order and receive food before I could leave. I think they're operating some kind of psychological experiment on me. 0/5 read more

Placed order using the app (very easy to use) set the time i would pick up and when I arrived to pick up it was ready, hot and very fresh. The 2 young people that I encountered were very respectful and over the top nice which I am so thankful for especially since the evening was not on my side prior to picking up my family's dinner! Great experience all the way around! read more

(We used to love Taco Bell but since moving to Brenham six months ago we have yet to have a successful visit. You would think at least once they would give us what we order.) I need to update this review from one star to three. Our orders are always right and it is pretty good. Can't go above 3 stars because it is Taco Bell. read more

Awful. Worst Taco Bell in the US. No one should ever feel ripped off at a Taco Bell. Ever. I bought $22 worth of food tonight and got burritos with dry chunky powdery beans, onions were left off, after asking for extra onions and sauce. Was charged for sauce and didn't get it. Nasty. Tacos are flat. I counted three slivers of lettuce on one. Three little shreds. See the photos. This store is terrible. Ruined our evening. My husband is trying to choke down tortillas with literally nothing inside them, because by the time we sat down to eat, this store was closed so we couldn't call. Hate that I'm posting this, but this is truly the worst Taco Bell ever ! read more

CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! I have gone through the drive through multiple times asking for the number 2 regular with a soda. That's it. How hard could that be? If you don't know what regular is that means with no sour cream because I have a sever allergic reaction to it. I have gotten multiple orders with them being with sour cream and being the wrong taco. Multiple times I have had to go back in line and ask for the RIGHT order (when in all reality I shouldn't have to because they should get it right on the first time). I have to descriptively tell them I have an allergen and then they'll get it right. What happens if someone who is allergic like me and bites into a taco with sour cream? That's a lawsuit right there. Come on Taco Bell, you can do better. read more

we got there and the drive thru told us they couldn't do more than one order. so i had to reverse in a one lane drive thru AROUND A CURVE to be able to go inside and wait for 30 minutes for our food. horrible service, and the food was terrible. they only put the ingredients in piles on my crunchwrap, and the lighting was too harsh to be able to eat well. read more

Not only do they constantly screw up my orders, when I go to redeem a coupon that corporate sent me for said screw ups for "one free item" they insist that it's only valid for one taco. do not go to this Taco Bell under any circumstances! read more

I've been here twice now. Both awful experiences. The first time we waited inside for almost 30 minutes. The second time I decided the drive thru would be better, it was not. I didn't get part of my order and the bean burrito tasted cancerous. We ordered the fries, it was half full. I guess they were running low on fries? I love taco bell but this location needs some serious help! read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Brenham, Texas

This taco bell is absolutely HORRIBLE the "kids that work there? Asia? Janaisha? All disrespectful you can hear them in the lobby yelling they are regularly high and the food is wrong alot of the time. Needs to be shut down! read more

I visited here about 10:20pm on 9/27/19. The male manager and the older Caucasian lady behind the counter had the best personalities and attitude. Extremely nice and excellent customer service. Will definitely be back here. read more

This Taco Bell should be a model for other Taco Bells. Very clean lobby, fast service, and Tashaunna was an awesome cashier. Also, love the power outlets in the lobby and the fast WiFi. It makes it a great place to get some quick work done while eating. read more

Customer service was great and super fast, tacos were full and delicious. I eat at a lot of Taco Bell's and this one definitely lives up to the quality I've come to expect from this fine establishment. Also my brother is vegan and there are almost no fast food places good for him, but Taco Bell has a new vegetarian meno and it's awesome! Ignore the haters these tacos dank AF. read more

Waited 20 minutes for my order then it was all wrong. My taco had ranch instead of sour cream. Tried to call no answer. My potato bowls were burnt. Over all horrible experience. read more

These guys don't know the difference between a bean burrito and a chalupa. Order is always wrong. One of the few places it's an absolute requirement I check my order before I leave. Horrible read more

What can I say? It's a Taco Bell. As long as you don't expect too much, it's got tasty cheap Mexican fast food. An extra star for the fact that they have Pepsi. People working at this location were friendly and fast, and it's very clean inside. read more

Same as all the other low reviews I'm reading while sitting in the drive thru at this abomination. I've been here 20 minutes and can't get out of the line. Worst I've ever been to as far as service. read more

This place has truly turned around. All around great restaurant. When I had first moved here year's back, the place never got my order right. Now it's as if they have developed an algorithm to be accustomed to the unique like myself. Hence this fast food restaurant is unique among itself. read more

The service here is super slow. Waited in line at drive thru for 28 minutes...so much for fast food.

I just got an order and my Burrito Supreme wasn't included so I tried to call them and all I could get was a fax feedback as if it's going to a fax machine. I double checked the number on the receipt, on the internet and they are the same and the number I called. read more

Got my order wrong. But it was delicious. They knew what I wanted more than I did. Absolutely mind blowing. Such wow. Much delicious

Typical Taco Bell... Food was good but it's not fast food. You'll wait a long time to get anything here.... 20 min for 2 tacos with no line.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went through the drive thru, ordered $15 worth of food, and waited at the window for 15 minutes before my food finally came. What I thought was my food anyway. I get home and realize not ONE thing in the bag was a part of my order, shame on me for not digging through the bag I had waited so long to receive. I return to the store location, and let them know that my order was wrong. Silence. Not one of the employees said anything to me. The manager, I assume she was the manager, judging by her attire, looked me dead in the face and said NOTHING to me. No apology, no "I'll get this order fixed for you, sorry for the inconvenience." Just utter silence. We waited close to ten minutes to finally get our correct order and they still messed up, no extra cheese (that I paid for) on any of the items. I was disappointed and infuriated by the lack of communication on the manager's part. I will never recommend anyone going to this awful location. Drive the 50 miles to Houston. read more
