Horrible customer service, started charging my account $19 for what they said was protection but they've had my homeowners insurance on file every year. I went in the office and was treated like I was in the wrong. The woman kept putting blame on someone else and never reimbursed me for them stealing from my account. read more

I'm very happy with the storage units. I'm outside so I expect dust and dirt but today was a surprise for me. A small little mousey ran out. I didn't scream just went well hello there. He didn't get into a box but he checked out quite a few and left his ..umm..little droppings around. Guess I'll get some poison.. or a trap. Hate to do it but I need to keep things safe in there. Extremely rude staff. Looked at me like I was stupid when I said I didn't swear my unit out. Nobody told me I had to sweep out the unit. Oh...and when I was sweeping, there was mouse poop!
