This storage has a convenient location, many small units with direct street access, Sunday access, and a friendly manager named Christina) Cons: the password is complicated and hard to remember. read more

I've spent 8-10 years here and it is wonderful with the new management. The costs are fair to high when compared to other places. read more

The manager is awesome. She really cares about people. Great customer service. Place is secure.

I'm officially moved out, but I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. Insanely good customer service + I had zero issues during my time here! No bugs & no spiders which is huge for me lol. Closing out my unit was fast and easy, Diane was lovely! Huge thanks to the staff here. *make sure you give 10 days notice when leaving it is policy!* read more

I was thinking of moving my storage needs to Lancaster - all because of this place. It is inexpensive - and they offer large storage lockers. With the exorbitant price of storage lockers in LA proper - it is not a bad drive to Lancaster in order to store things that are just going to sit there untouched for a year. And the staff is friendly. read more

This company told us that if we left in the middle of the month that they would prorate the amount we owed when we actually did it they told us to go fly a kite read more

Horrible business, horrible management. Only been renting there a few months and I get a letter stating that they are raising my monthly rate "due to inflation" Management could not explain how they calculated what the inflationary rate increase was other then that it is standard business procedure to raise your rate after you've been there a few months. This is SOP and not inflation and should have been documented when I first signed the paper. read more

I was here short term. Super cool people. The storage areas are clean, but you need your own lock. I do not recommend combination locks as they're easy to break into. Teresa is nice. They'll honor any discount you may find on yelp or anywhere else, I think they offer pretty good deals too. I would probably only change the hours if I could. You can only access your things 7am-7pm, but I suppose early closures are a thing in this town so its understandable. read more

I have a 10 × 20 that I use for work, coming and going for tools and materials. The 150 pound door has a broken spring they refuse to fix. Its been this way for over a month. This means I have to manually lift and lower the roll up door 3-4 times a day. They would rather me move everything to the other side of the building instead of fixing it. No help, no discount, I at least thought my tools would be accessible for work. Changes need to be made. read more

Diane was a big help to me on the phone and very kind to speak to. Willie was a big help getting my storage unit situated to move in, as well as explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I had once I came to the storage unit. Very pleased with the service I have received here! read more

If the low prices weren't enough, the customer service is the icing on the cake. Secure facility and a staff that maintains the facility well. I had the pleasure of working with Aly and I must say she is delightful to deal with. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs storage regardless of duration. read more

This place rocks! They are very friendly and were very reasonable with their places! I will definitely use this place again to store some of my stuff. Definitely helps to stay 3 or 4 months to get a good discount! If questioning where to store your stuff, I suggest you give them a call or look to see for yourself how good this place is. Two thumbs up! read more

I stored my belongings in Budget Self Storage and some of them got stolen. There was a break-in to four of the units there, including mine. They stole my I-Mac and more valuable electronics. My original plan was to come and move out my belongings in November, but I had to come much earlier, which was not easy as I live in TX. I contacted a moving company and arranged this. When in CA, I contacted the police (which was not very helpful) and filed a claim with the insurance company of Budget Self Storage. I wrote a letter to the headquarter of the company and received a response quite promptly. There was a lot of time and energy invested in this case, but finally, I received some insurance money from the company, that covered some of my loss and expenses. The managers tried to be helpful, but in the end, it's all about how secure is the facility. I hope that Budget will make its storage more secure, so break-ups won't happen anymore. read more

The staff at this location is very helpful. They really know how to make a customer feel appreciated. Vee went above and beyond to help get the only storage left on the facility for a price better than the competitors had to offer. In the future if I ever need to get another storage this will be my first choice. Thank you Budget Self Storage for having a reliable staff that treats people with respect and are curtious. read more

Good place AWESOME STAFF great price knew exactly wat I needed and made my storage experience a good one! Stress free! 5star service!

I've gotta say, since I've rented a unit here the staff has always been friendly, but Juan stands apart. Hands down the best customer service I've received just about anywhere. Moved out of the area and came back to downsize and Juan was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I live over four hours away so yeah, maybe it's not practical for me to advise you to rent that far, BUT, honestly? It's completely worth it, especially if you're local or in and around LA. read more
