I have lives in Rosamond for a number of years .The Number one storage place that was always recommended to me over the years has been Storage 4 Less located at 2463 15th St W Rosamond, CA . I have a small crafting business and finally ran out of space at home for all my supplies and crafts. I needed a safe, clean and affordable storage space that was close to home, where I could store my extra supplies and finished products that I had made for sale. I have been storing my things at Storage 4 Less this past year. I am extremely pleased with how Clean, affordable and protected the place is. That is very important to me. The other plus is that those who work there always greet you with a smile and friendly service. I rate Storage 4 Less a Five star . I plan to stay with them until I relocate to another city, which will be no time soon. I highly recommend Storage 4 Less them to everyone. read more

I recently began using this storage site a few months ago, and Darlene gave me a really good deal. I originally reserved a unit from Sparefoot and then when I got there, Darlene gave me a 6 month deal with a 1st month discount and the last three months with half off! How awesome is that? I was very pleased. I was also happy that they even let you use a truck when you are moving in! So far, I have not had any problems with this storage site. There is onsite security 24 hours and cameras. They do not raise any unit rents for at least a year, unlike some facilities that raise prices every 6 or 9 months. I think that as far as storage facilities go, this one is pretty decent, and I do believe that the managers care about their reputation and try to work hard to accommodate their tenants. As a matter of fact, I am thinking about getting a bigger unit. read more

I was trying to get a unit here because I heard the prices are good. I called a few times and no one answered the phone. So I stopped by to get a price this past weekend and no one was in the office. The sign said open and the office was open but no one was around. I work during the week so I called but I couldn't get in to the office before the weekend. You would think someone would answer the phone or be in the office. There was a sign on the desk saying they had a pager and would be right there so I waited but no one came. It's a shame but I couldn't wait any longer to get a unit so had to go elsewhere. I am thinking I dodged a bullet there because price isn't everything. If you can't be in the office or answer the phone it makes a person wonder about the management of the facility and the safety as well. read more

I came in to get a quote for a unit and couldn't believe the great deal I got on the unit. Darlene was so friendly and helpful and made sure I understood everything from point A to the end. I can't believe how clean the facility is and how friendly they are out there. I even had some additional questions that I called later about and she was nice enough to explain it to me. The unit I rented even in this dust and wind was very clean and ready for me to move my belongings into. I know I can be a pain and ask a lot of questions but being patient goes so far in my book! This place is amazing. I rented a unit back in July and the customer service is awesome. They are always friendly and I got a really great deal on the unit I rented. Whenever I have to go to my unit the facility is always clean and I feel like they really care about me and my concerns. I was a little late and I called them and they were able to give me some time to get the money for the months rent. I honestly had just forgotten to pay the bill. They were understanding and let me have some more time to pay it. I am so glad I chose this place to move my stuff into. read more

I don't usually do this yelp thing however, i am tired of customer service representatives being rude. I came in to see about pricing for a unit on Sunday. The girl in the office acted like she didn't have time to answer my questions and was actually kind of rude. I'm not sure I was taken seriously and as a customer that is very upsetting: I went down the street and got a unit instead. Customer service is everything and first impressions go a long way. As far as the facility it could use a good raking and sweeping. There are leaves and weeds everywhere. read more

I really care about a clean storage for my belongings, and great customer service. I have rented storage for many years! This place is great, there customer service was helpful and nice. The manager Darlene was awesome and very helpful! They gave me my first month free and some months at the end of the year half off. I was also able to use the moving truck, which came out not as costly as U-haul. Overall good experience and made moving less of a painful experience. read more

I was renting at another storage place in town and was told that my rent was being raised in October. I started shopping around and found Storage 4 Less on 15th St West. Their pricing is cheaper than this other place, and they offered me a $1.00 move in and (2) months 1/2 off. The only inconvenience was having to pack up my stuff and move it down the street, but for those prices... not a problem! Tried some Lancaster places, but found one close to home. Woo hoo! read more

The folks at Storage 4 Less are the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met! They have a multitude of units of various sizes that they showed me. This is the only place to go! Dont even bother with the other place in Rosamond, the manager at Storage 4 Less really made it easy for me.
