They will say that it will be mailed out 4-6 weeks from request. Well, they will never actually send in the request and hope that you forget about it. When you do call to follow up, you will find out they never have done anything about it. So yeah, fighting with them to get my deposit back. Lisa who I spoke with repeatedly on the phone is completely UNprofessional. She kept hanging up on me, giving me attitude on the phone, and ignoring my phone calls. OH and the owner lives out of town so apparently it is hard to get a hold of them to get the refund. In my opinion, they need to change the way things are set up so it is easier for the customers to get their deposit back. I will NEVER be renting a unit from them again. I will go pay higher rates at other storage places that run their business more professionally. I only gave them two stars because I liked their prices and it was fairly clean when I used it. but I am very unhappy with the way they conduct their business. They also have very limited hours they are open.

However, it is so good that the owner and all the kind employees deserve to have their business grow and earn more money. First of all, the place is located behind the Von's grocery store. There is plenty of room and parking for everyone. Before I could park and get out of my car, I had a nice employee approach the rear of my car with several large recycling buckets. He greeted me and he quickly grabbed bags that I removed out of my car. He carried all the buckets to the kiosk where other employees helped. There was little I had to do except wait for my cash and sign my receipt. This place is way more superior to all the other places located on the east end of Lancaster. Much nicer, much cleaner and way more friendlier. I will be taking all my recyclables there for now on!

I went to my credit union and they refunded the charge and said they would look into it. They just tried to charge me for the last month now and they are telling me via automated email that I am over 30 days late and to put in a different payment type! I'm afraid they will take it to collections and screw my credit rating. I am a pretty patient guy but this is so beyond anything I have ever dealt with. Total nightmare!

I was kicked out called a liar and denied service after the employee had already called my employerand was going to cash my check but refused realizing that I had left a poor review weeks earlier. I included a screenshot from my location history and cannot believe the treatment I received today. I explained to her that my review was honest after having the door locked on me back to back days during posted business hours. She told me that she has been doing this for years and to leave immediately. what a huge liability this employee is for your business. Discrimination and retaliation for just leaving a review is unexceptable. I told her that I would make a follow up review and was told I'm evil she can't cash my check and she has my license plate number??? What does this have to do with anything? I wrote my review in the parking lot and saw that she was upset because she want to leave before posted business hours. I'm not a liar as I was accused of being today and will not tolerate this harassment from an employee who has obviously forgotten that the customer is the reason she is in business, please do the customer a favor by finding a job that doesn't require customers cashing checks during posted hours at a check cashing service location. Please flow up with me see attached screenshot for reference. Poor service I came two days during posted business hours fri sat and was turned away. She locked the door 15 minutes before closing time as I was walking up and went to the back area. I knocked on the door with no response so I called and was told that I need to come earlier and was hung up on. Obviously the owner of this business is unaware of this as I wrote this review I saw that 7 other customers were denied business during the posted hours. Follow up review. Wow unbelievable I was kicked out and refused service
