You never know who may come in to rent storage, and word of mouth carries a lot of weight here in Bakersfield. I will not be returning to this facility. Now, we are emptying it out, and I am paid 2 months in advance and they said "WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS, NO MATTER HOW MANY MONTHS YOU PAID IN ADVANCE." They are thieves and have no integrity, and poor business ethics.
