We let corporate know we let Management know we even got a move out receipt and then as of today we can sit here and get a bill saying that we have them $211 even though I sent all the proof to them they haven't even deactivated our code. They changed our phone numbers on the account.

We went down there today to retrieve our Christmas decorations and found multiple storage units with their items strewn out in the path. Multiple doors, broken off and wide-open and units ransacked. The workers say they cannot stop the homeless from jumping the fence and doing this at night. It would only be time before hours could be broken open and are things taken. There is no security except for an alarm at the gate. I tried calling the main company, but failed to find an actual CEO or manager of the company itself. The two people that were working stated that they might get security, but it would take the paperwork and time. So this week we will be moving to a new storage unit. Definitely in a better neighborhood too. Even if this particular place had security guards, what can they do? The police have other things to do since we lack enough law-enforcement in Kern County. Our governor is soft on crime. Therefore, the best thing to do is move out of this place.

The value of the storage is great the one thing I like about it is the circulation and it's a in storage unit so you don't have to worry about heat and dirt getting into your personal item! The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I stated off paying $100 then my unit went up to $125 after 1yr but I guess that's with most storage unit.
