My experience at this storage facility has been extremely upsetting. Not only do they charge two separate fees for the same thing, but they also add late fees before the actual deadline, which feels unfair and dishonest. When I tried to get answers, no one gave me clear information, and corporate never responds. It made me feel like my concerns didn't matter and like my rights as a customer were completely invalidated.
The way they handle communication is unprofessional. At one point, an employee even contacted me from a non‑corporate phone number, which made everything even more confusing and stressful. Instead of helping me understand what was going on, they left me feeling ignored and disrespected.
On top of all that, the facility is dirty and poorly maintained. For the amount they charge, the place should be clean and managed with care, but it's not. It does not feel like a safe or trustworthy place to store personal belongings.
Overall, this location caused me stress, frustration, and a feeling of being treated unfairly. Their lack of professionalism, unfair fees, and poor maintenance made me feel like my rights didn't matter at all. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. read more
