But they're always nice and friendly and send an email about our rent due that makes it convenient since out of sight out of mind. And they keep my card on file but never charge it unless I give permission and they make it smooth and easy to rent there. Always clean safe and secure at this location and close to our house. But now we're moving and will be vacating our unit. But to anyone considering renting here I give it a big thumbs up since their hours are longer than that big chain storage place that's always closing a day here and there for holidays.

Next thing I know there is a lock over my lock stopping me from obtaining the necessary gear I needed for the job I was working on. The manager has always been really friendly and that is what bothers me the most. Kool person , but why lock my gear without notifying me first.
