They won't cover forcible entry from inside only the front!?!?!My unit was robbed I had N13 I moved out to a new unit due to theft I'm very upset the guy in unit N14 robbed my unit by bending the metal from the top inside where the gap is it was bent down he stole my playstation 4 2 antique powder rifles also broke items that my mother left me after she went to heaven he broke those items when he crawled over into my unit man she left me thise ccx for memories he stole my safe box with her keep sake jewelry and more and other items she left me were damaged and he stole much more well the resident manger says its not covered by the insurance cause it was not broken in through the front this is total BS either way it was broken into and now what my mom left me is gone I had important things in my safe be aware hes white short hair tats and drives a gold Chrysler Pacifica first three on his license plate are 7auf the damn thief drove by the day I noticed it had been burglarized I spoke one time with him little did I realize he was going to rob my unit from inside of his unit first chance he gets and it's not covered Really!!! why do we pay insurance the guy stole well over 600$ plus of my stuff so if they break in from the inside the guy up front won't do anything who do I call to go over the head of the resident manger? I recently made plans to move. I needed packing boxes.I went to North Chester Mini Storage to price the boxes. A person was in front of me to rent a unit. The person at the desk was very helpful and professional. When my turn came, I was a bit embarrassed to just ask for boxes. I was given full attention and treated with respect and professionalism. I was given suggestions on what boxes I could use for the items I wanted to pack. These suggestions were the best. If ever I need to rent a unit for storage, I cannot think of a better place. North Chester Mini-storage has been great to us for a number of years now. We store our RV and rent a large storage unit from them. The grounds are always secure and clean and the lanes are wide and open, so we found it very easy getting our RV or moving trucks around the facility. They were accommodating when we had to have our POD delivered there and found a great spot close to our unit, so our unload was very easy. The onsite residence and others layers of security, combined with the top notch customer service and very long daily access hours have made this the best storage facility we have ever used. read more

Although their prices were slightly higher than a couple of other places, I found that it was well worth it considering the kind treatment I was getting. I recently had to move in a hurry so I was needing a decent sized storage for a reasonable rate. Not only did they provide me with the size I needed, the reasonable rate came right along with it. The young lady at the desk then promptly found me a Uhaul truck, as my car would have taken way too many trips to get everything done. After searching and calling many other storage companies. North Chester Mini Storage had the best prices for storing my 40ft Travel Trailer. We were always greeted with a kind face anytime we needed to go into the office and never had any issues with the security of our trailer.
