It's 108 degrees outside and we discover that we were missing the backup key for our storage…read morelocker. Went into the office to buy another lock and was just going to cut my own lock off. Not thinking anything of it, the staff informed me it was against the storage laws to cut or grind any locks yours or not. My apologies to them and not aware of these laws. So in purchasing a new lock they were gracious to throw in a free removal of the lock with the purchase of a new one. Great, nothing is free anymore. On top of that, the gentleman the removed the lock saw that when we open the locker there was a 1/4 inch of dust over the whole area. Seeing the dilemma my sister & I had he also offered us his cordless blower to use with a mask also! Despite the heat, we were impressed that the storage staff were so accommodating. May not seem like a big deal, but you certainly cannot take even the small things for granted for how we see things around us today. We thank the staff very much for the kindness and support that was shown to us during this visit.

Beware the price will bring you in but soon after at least for me, you will get a notification that "they have to raise prices due to operating cost increases" Really? ummm to the tune of $150 more a month?? So from $100 (special) to $200 (normal price for that particular unit) to $348 Like WTF?? Not sure if this is cost increases or just flat out greed at that point. It's a damn garage literally to stack things in. What's your reasoning behind that kind of price jump not even 2 months later? To say i'm pissed is an understatement so now i've got to pay a shit ton of money every month until i find another storage facility that's more reasonable. Load up my dad's entire house again and move it all!! Like i'm paying for his care in hospice and dealing with all of his bills. It's a balancing act making sure that money lasts and i have enough to pay for his care long term so this increase out of no where is absurd! Really sucks and for what?? I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. Now a small increase annually I understand but not this, this is a punch in the face. Just beware if you don't have money to just burn look into places and ask if they plan to surprise you with large BS increases out of no where. So yea i recommend this place if you absolutely don't care about your budget and want to live on the wild side. I don't recommend them if you aren't into getting your bank account drained at their will with price increases...

Don't ask a simple question because she will look her nose down at you and she acts like you are wasting her time. They don't even have a trash can you can use and the bathroom is always locked (even pre-covid). Save your time and frustrations and go somewhere else where are you are appreciated for the outrageous amount you are charged. I will be telling all my friends on social media to avoid this rat hole.

But we did put our holiday decorations in there and out of hubby's garage. Although that's a lot of money spent!! But they're always nice and friendly and send an email about our rent due that makes it convenient since out of sight out of mind. And they keep my card on file but never charge it unless I give permission and they make it smooth and easy to rent there. Always clean safe and secure at this location and close to our house. But now we're moving and will be vacating our unit. But to anyone considering renting here I give it a big thumbs up since their hours are longer than that big chain storage place that's always closing a day here and there for holidays.
