So initially i liked this place. Great prices (in the beginning first month), Clean, secure storage for my dad's belongings from his house. Now not so much. Beware the price will bring you in but soon after at least for me, you will get a notification that "they have to raise prices due to operating cost increases" Really? ummm to the tune of $150 more a month?? So from $100 (special) to $200 (normal price for that particular unit) to $348 Like WTF?? Not sure if this is cost increases or just flat out greed at that point. It's a damn garage literally to stack things in. What's your reasoning behind that kind of price jump not even 2 months later? To say i'm pissed is an understatement so now i've got to pay a shit ton of money every month until i find another storage facility that's more reasonable. Load up my dad's entire house again and move it all!! Like i'm paying for his care in hospice and dealing with all of his bills. It's a balancing act making sure that money lasts and i have enough to pay for his care long term so this increase out of no where is absurd! Really sucks and for what?? I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. Now a small increase annually I understand but not this, this is a punch in the face. Just beware if you don't have money to just burn look into places and ask if they plan to surprise you with large BS increases out of no where. So yea i recommend this place if you absolutely don't care about your budget and want to live on the wild side. This place is not worth the rent you pay!! Waleska at the front office is rude, condescending and just unfriendly. Don't ask a simple question because she will look her nose down at you and she acts like you are wasting her time. They don't even have a trash can you can use and the bathroom is always locked (even pre-covid). Save your time and frustrations and go somewhere else where are you are appreciated for the outrageous amount you are charged. I would of gave this place of business a 4 star but when they decided to charge me and my sister for one day/same day (moving out on the 1st of May) and the manager and manager assistant knew about our moves (well over a month in advance), they still decided to charge me and my sister a days worth of rent about $40. Waleska and her coworker told me and my sister that if we went over the 5th of the month we would owe the full month of rent which we had both had our own 10x15 storage units. We told them before April that we will possibly be moving out first week in April. It turned out where we then told them we were moving out first week of May and before the 5th of the month. No one ever told us we would need to pay any type of rent from the 1-4 if we were out by the 5th or else we would have to pay another full month of rent. Come May 1st same day as the rent due we left the facility before 1pm and Waleskas Co worker told us that we need to pay $19 and some change to cover for the one day. Keep in mind we were not told this , nor were we even in the units a full day. I asked the co worker (can't remember her name but she is the only other female that works with Waleska) to have the manager call me because of the miscommunication on their end and we believed we shouldn't have to pay for that day on both units. Noone EVER called me back about this situation which calls for very poor service and poor communication. We both have never been late on rent and have had been excellent customers. ALSO as we were clearing out our belongings we saw a huge cockroach dead on the floor. Told the girl that we were dealing with about the fee they charged us and she pretty much said, "that's normal and we do spray the buildings". To me thats disgusting and is not normal. I came from Chicago IL and bugs such as roaches are not normal and only live in dirty places. ALSO please beware that if you do decide to rent here...your things will have a lingering stench of bug spray and you will still be paying for bugs to live in your unit. Overall I'M NOT satisfied with service and quality of facility! A month later we still have not gotten a call back from management. Hope this review helps others. I've had a 10x25 storage unit for about 2 years. The 'haven't had a break-in in over 20 years' is untrue. They've had 13 units broken into in one day. Luckily I wasn't a victim. Convenient location if you're in the 93309 zip code. Easy payment methods. Convenient air service if you need more air in your tires. The rent has increased since owning the unit. Friendly staff. Friends of mine have had a unit here since 2002 and their unit was broken into a year ago. Thieves are getting bold. Overall a great storage place to have just check in on your unit every now and then and obviously never leave anything valuable; sentimental or not. read more

I don't do reviews very often, as you can tell. But I wanted to give a shout out to the owners of this facility. It is always so clean. I see your staff sweeping and picking up garbage that other tenants leave behind. I really appreciate the woman that works on Sunday. She's always so helpful and has a smile no matter what. Thank you for being open and available for questions and concerns through this trying COVID epidemic and I appreciate that your staff are wearing masks to protect ME, your customer! I'd give it a 0. I was assured by All American and Sparefoot and USStorage that I would get a refund. I b went ahead and reserved it which when I called o b was told there was only one left and in I would have to pay for it first. So b wentvand looked. It's too far, they close early and I'm only one person with b health issues so it wouldn't work well. They said yes my money would be refunded..told that all along. Now t hey said no and that I lose the money. Which is the opposite. And so If they are charging me rent then I want to use it. T g ey said no it was rented out. So they charging to rent the same space over and over, how many times??? That's illegal. And I'm not going to let them steal my money. They have said all along canceling is no problem. Worry free.
