Rather than fix it, they sent me an updated inventory and asked me to verify it myself -- in the middle of a cross-country move, which is exactly when a customer has the least capacity to audit paperwork. The predictable happened: the truck arrived undersized for the actual load and they couldn't fit everything. Still figuring out how to get them to me... The crew told me Isaac or a manager would call. Three days later, nobody has. Not Isaac, not a sales manager, not anyone. I have had to chase this company at every single step, including after they failed. Before the move, I was told that moving my storage shed was included in the quoted price. When the movers arrived, they decided they weren't going to move the shed after all and said it would have to be done on another trip. Despite not completing the full job, I was still charged the full amount. At the end of the move, I was told they would not leave until I paid them. So not only did I pay them, I tipped each person who helped with the move for this company. I was still at the old house cleaning everything out, and my daughter was at the new house and she stated that they did not put a bed together. So I quickly called them before they could leave town, to ask why they had not put the bed together since I just completely paid in full. They stated they lost the parts and that they would be back the following week when they cleaned out the storage shed. Still not quoting a price as of yet, since I already overpaid for this part of the move. As a result, my daughter was left without a fully assembled bed. To make matters worse, I was later told it would cost an additional $1,900 for them to come back, even though the bed wasn't completed because they lost the parts.(I already paid 4,000 dollars)I never agreed to that additional charge. My daughter has been without a bed since July 1, 2026. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to resolve these issues, but they have not returned my calls or responded to my messages. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted them to finish the work I had already paid for and take responsibility for losing the bed parts. Mistakes can happen during a move, but a company's integrity is shown by how it handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged for work that wasn't completed, my daughter's bed parts were lost, I was asked to pay an additional $1,900 to have them return, and now the company has stopped responding altogether.
