They were in sharp contrast to some of your other employees that I have dealt with in the office, namely Cookie and Audrey. I found them to be extremely rude, condescending, and impatient with the customers. They are not really cut out to be in customer service at all. I have actually discouraged friends from using this storage facility due to the poor treatment that I received from them various times. You never know who may come in to rent storage, and word of mouth carries a lot of weight here in Bakersfield. I will not be returning to this facility. I only gave one star only because of Robert and Ramona, as their kindness was always much appreciated!
