I had number one copper..free of dirt, alum, lead, solder and the number two copper had paint on it...had dirt and stains on it and a lot of solder on it...but they put it all together. Not really fair...also the alum from my a/c coil they only give me .30 cents a pound for it and it was free of dirt, steel, leaves, other metals on it. The good was crv alum can is 1.70 lb and the plastic liter soda bottles are 1.47 lb. That is fair. But putting all the number 1 copper with the number two copper isn't fair and giving me only .30 lb for the alum condenser coil isn't fair. So take your crv cans and plastic bottles to them. But go elsewhere if you have other metals like non-crv alum, copper and steel.

He makes small talk and is always polite. People complaining about them not assisting in sorting, must not understand how recycling places work. You are supposed to sort your own recycling before you get there. Also, if you want to get paid for each individual item, find somewhere with the machines that you can insert them one by one, otherwise, they weigh them and you get paid by the weight and not what you paid. Not sure where these unrealistic expectations of a recycling facility come from.

I brought some scrap aluminum peices not realizing they only accept crv cans. My issue was not with this, but with the "service". A blonde man came out and said can I help you and I told him yes they were recommended so I brought aluminum left over from a project. He seemed short with me, We only accept aluminum cans for crv! No worries! I was just surprised because he was interrupting me and acting agitated. I told him thanks, and went to my brother behind me so we could regroup and go somewhere else. He came back out a minute later and asked us to pull through to leave. I was like, huh ? There was zero anyone there. We couldn't have been much in the way, lol. But I immediately go to my car to leave, while mentioning i was a little disappointed that he was so terse and unhospitable, esp. After the place bring so highly recommended. He then throws his hands up and says What do you want me to do !? WE ONLY TAKE CANS! I was kinda surprised but he def dident seem to realize he wasent exactly exuding professionalism or hospitality, lol. He dident "get" it... yes your not making an immediate sale, but now your first impression has guaranteed that at least for me, you will NEVER get a second chance to make a sale. The place look charming, but I won't be back. It's a shame but for such a young person (late 20's?) He sure did seem to have a hair up his crawl !

My mother-in-law (who limps) and my sister-in-law (who is 12) goes with her to help her out and this last time really upset my mother in law. She had told me that one of the ladies was refusing to give her a basket to help my mother in law. They weren't letting my sister in law grab a basket for my mother in law and they didn't know why. Then they began to give them problems about them not being able to understand and respond in Spanish. Then second day the same lady was on cashier and pointed to my mother in law and said she didn't want her there. Neither my mother in law and my sister-in-law believed they had absolutely no reason to be treated like that when they hadn't done anything.
