I spoke to Miriam, one of the lovely ladies who works in the front office, earlier this week via telephone and she made a reservation for me! The staff was incredibly personable, friendly and understanding of our situation. There's a deal going on right now: it's 1/2 off the first 3 months for a 10 foot x 15 foot unit. We were shown a visual sample of what it would look like and we obtained our unit quickly. They only offer a storage unit to be placed under one person's name for various reasons, but the access code and extra key can be given to whom you choose. There is a $25 charge to obtain a new set of keys if you lose them. You can also manage your monthly payments online. Very convenient and hassle free! Highly recommend this storage facility!
