Their camera lenses are limited to the front entry gate only! Therefore their website advertisements regarding 24/7 video surveillance is false, deceptive and misleading. It is 100% UNACCEPTABLE. Now I will move on to seeing what the Attorney General and District Attorney can do about this. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company for deceptive business practices. So many victims of burglary and theft at this facility yet corporate have still FAILED to provide adequate security and secure locks. They should be ashamed of themselves. I spoke to Miriam, one of the lovely ladies who works in the front office, earlier this week via telephone and she made a reservation for me! The staff was incredibly personable, friendly and understanding of our situation. There's a deal going on right now: it's 1/2 off the first 3 months for a 10 foot x 15 foot unit. We were shown a visual sample of what it would look like and we obtained our unit quickly. They only offer a storage unit to be placed under one person's name for various reasons, but the access code and extra key can be given to whom you choose. There is a $25 charge to obtain a new set of keys if you lose them. You can also manage your monthly payments online. Very convenient and hassle free! Highly recommend this storage facility!
