After being at my previous storage facility for about six years, I decided it was time to leave…read morebecause I no longer felt confident in the safety and security there. I visited several storage facilities before deciding on Nova Storage, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing I noticed was how secure the property feels. There is one entrance and exit, and the manager, Taylor, is right in the front office with a clear view of everyone coming and going. The number of security cameras throughout the facility was impressive and immediately gave me peace of mind. I was specifically looking for a climate-controlled unit, and Nova actually delivers. It's not just labeled climate-controlled--it genuinely stays cool and comfortable inside. Taylor was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. She genuinely seems to care about her customers and made everything easy from start to finish. On top of that, I'm paying less than I was at my previous storage facility while getting a larger unit. Between the security, the true climate control, the excellent customer service, and the better pricing, I couldn't be happier with my decision. I highly recommend Nova Storage!

A "10' X 15'" (actually 9' x 14') space is $183 a month, it still says that on their site as I post this! They just sent me an Email telling me that the same space is now going to be $249, even though their site still says it's $183! After you move your stuff in, they know you are stuck and they jack your price. Totally unethical! Plus, one of my 2 units got broken into last month, so I drove 2 states and I emptied it. I wish I had room to empty the other unit. Do not use them.

Needed to take over my brother's account, switch from a bigger storage unit to a smaller one, and have all this done in an expedient manner. I imagined multiple steps, visits, and conversations; I pictured expensive penalties or fees to make it all work. To my relief, in about a half-hour or so, from the comfort of my own home, just using my phone to e-sign documents and communicate what I needed, Alex got it done and at an affordable price! Happy customer here; glad I didn't go anywhere else; glad I stayed with A-American Storage, whose customer service and competitive pricing put them at the top of my recommended list for storing needs in the Antelope Valley!
