It was late in the day, they were open for 1 more hour and she was able to go over contract details, storage unit sizes/prices and standard grounds procedures/protocols so efficiently that I was still able to return to my new unit within operating hours and achieve my goal of having all my items safely and securely relocated by the days end. There are multiple storage location options in Pasadena but Storbox was the one to come through in my time of need and I can confidently recommend this location without a doubt.

If you want to pay cheaper for a storage space you might need, go and see Jason. The storage is not your typical tin fabrication, but metal containers divided up into sections. Ingenious and cool. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer with concerns about security at this location. Customers trust storage facilities to protect their belongings and communicate promptly when incidents occur. In my case, neither happened. This has been an extremely stressful and costly experience. Between the theft, lack of communication, and serious security concerns, I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their valuables here. I will never rent from this facility again.
