I had a great experiencing storing my Class A with these guys over the past few years. I had a roomy pull-through parking spot, and the facility was clean and safe with gated entry requiring a security code for both entry and exit. Great communication: friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend Agua Dulce for your storage needs! read more

Gated things are safe. Workers there have excellent hospitality and always thank you for your buisness

I kept my toy hauler and a smaller flat bed trailer at Agua Dulce Storage for quite a few years. My experience there was great! Management was very responsive and friendly and the property was always kept clean. I felt that my equipment was looked after and safe. Another Plus: They have all size spots; I have a 40 foot spot and a 16 foot spot. Another Plus: Being able to "dump" my trailer tanks after a trip. The dump area was always clean and there was never a line. It was awesome. Another Plus: The area between rows is quite wide. I had a 2003 F250, long bed, crew cab, that had a REDICULOUSLY BIG turning radius, pulling a 30 foot bumper pull. Even with trailers parked on either side of my space, I had plenty of room to back in and pull out. Another Plus: I thought the rates were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Agua Dulce Storage. read more

This is an amendment to my first review. After speaking to the manager Shaina she corrected the situation and also showed me why there were problems so I now happy. I feel they handled this fairly. And like I said I have nothing against the storage facility because its a good place to store stuff. What i like is that they cared enough to call me and correct the situation. for this reason alone I would say its all good. ! ;-) cary + read more

Steve is great, friendly and always available. Our trailer is a work trailer, and our livelihood, so knowing how diligent Steve is with security and surveillance of the property is a major reassurance. Switching over payments from the previous owner was a breeze. Property is clean, well organized and trailers parked with reasonable spacing so you can actually access everything in jockey boxes. Dumping and wash station on location is great too for RV needs. Convenient to get to from the 14. read more

Extra helpful and friendly staff. Clean, secure and reasonably priced. 10 minutes from home. Agua Dulce hits all of the right buttons. There is absolutely nothing not to like here. I was fortunate to find them. read more

Agua Dulce Storage - 39 foot Motorhome in its space. - Self Storage Near Me - Agua Dulce, California

I had to move my RV trailer from the commercial location because of a sale of the property. I was trying to find a space I could move into right away. I called a number of locations and they either didn't answer on the weekend or charged a premium to set it up. I called Aqua Dulce Storage and they were great ! They set me up immediately, took my CC over the phone and even gave me the 7-8 balance of the month for free. I was with them for about 8 month until we just moved into our new building. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs read more

Looked high and low in the SCV for an RV spot and found Agua Dulce Storage. Steve and Morgan were deluxe upon inquiry and check in respectively. Price is very competitive, move special is much appreciated. RV wash and dump ($10) stations are great amenities. Place is secure and super clean. Dusty yes but heck it's the desert. Plenty of room and not much traffic. Convenient enough as it's on the way north or east. Check it out people! Tell them Chris in T-258 sent you. Thanks and have a heavenly day. read more

When it comes to storage, you don't think much about anything else... However, I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful Shana and Chris made the whole process seamless. Shana was very helpful and listened to what I needed. They have a great security system, which made me feel confident that my belongings were safe and secure! Would definitely recommend Aqua Dulce Storage! read more

I needed a place on a short term bases since I was having work done on my house and I needed my RV out of the way. I checked all over the valley and everywhere I checked the prices were just stupid. I was referred to Agua Dulce by my sister who stores her trailer there. The staff was were extremely nice on the phone and even nicer in person. They did everything they could to accommodate me and the price for the moth was very reasonable. Having 24 accessiblity is a great perk and the place is well maintained and appears to be well protected. If I choose to store my trailer for the long haul in the future, this will definitely be the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

I'm renting a space for my 53ft Kentucky trailer. The place is well organized and numbered. The crow is great, very helpful and professional. The place is kind of far from the San Fernando Valley area but it's great for truckers and individuals living near by. read more

Wow, what a GREAT experience! Morgan was so easy to work with, talking through all the details in an easily understandable way and helping us figure out what discounts would work best for us. (First month free for AAA members, reserve 6 months and get 7th month 50% off, etc.). Morgan also did a great job reassuring me about the security features (cameras, lights, no access without an individualized code) and the useful amenities on site. Very good business operation, and the price is right. Highly recommend! read more

What a pure pleasure to deal with. Had an issue with my current storage place as they wouldn't trim the trees back to I could pull in without damaging my rig, so with that said, I had to act fast to find a new storage spot. Called ADS spoke with Steve and he was very informative and answered all questions. You can't beat the amenities and costs associated with the place- 24/7 access and 7 days a week the office is opened. When I got there Morgan was a doll to my son and I. She made it simple. She knew her stuff. ADS has a dump station ($10) per dump, free air compressor usage, and free rv washing station. 27 acres completely gated in with cameras covering the entire place. Easy payment options and great deal. Thank you. read more

All good for me. It's nice to be able to wash your rig here and not have to take it home before you take it out. Plenty of space and always looking out for odd sightings. I left my passenger window open after I dropped it off. Steve contacted me so I could get it closed. Megan has been very helpful also on many occasions. Simple access 24-7. read more

I highly recommend Agua Dulce Storage. I called around to find storage for our trailer, the pricing for other storage companies was outrageous. Then I called Agua Dulce Storage and spoke to Shana. She was so helpful, kind and had us in a spot that day. The price was lower than other storage places. I felt our trailer was safe with their great security system. Before you waste your time calling around call talk to Shana and you will be very happy with the pricing, location, security, and how they keep the place well maintained. read more

People here are super helpful and the facility is very clean and up kept. They have cameras on site great lighting and really care for its tenants. Morgan was very knowledgeable when we arrived sunday morning. read more

Updated: Steve called yesterday to resolve a billing issue and was very helpful and polite. My original review had been triggered by a less polite call from someone else on their team. I'll stand by my comments on price increases, at this point I'm paying more than double per linear foot than I was with the prior ownership. When the prices went up the first time I dropped the amount of storage I had significantly (from about 240 linear feet down to about 25) so the most recent increase didn't translate to much in $ terms. Good things overall: the place is well maintained, not littered with junk, and is secure enough (never had an issue with theft / vandalism in 10+ years) Bad things overall: very dusty (it is a rural storage yard though, what do you expect), not a super convenient location, pricing high for what it is. read more

Lots of room. Super friendly staff. I am horrible at backing so I appreciate the extra room when I have to park the trailer by myself. The onside dump station is a plus too! read more

I rented a parking space for my work truck Diane was awesome and friendly and out going. This place is clean and huge and I feel safe leaving my work truck here. I called different places but they wanted too much money this place charges a low monthly rate. One other thing they also have 24 hr surveillance cameras through out the property. read more

First time looking for a storage facility for a recently purchased motor home. A lot more time consuming than I anticipated. We called many places ranging from Simi Valley to the Santa Clarita Valley and hands down this facility was the best price wise and also the best all around as far as treatment/experience. Morgan is a gem! I called a few times and each interaction was making my decision for itself. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to. She is knowledgeable and personable. The best customer service that I've experienced in a while! Maybe the other facilities closer to where we live could stand to learn a few things from Morgan! Thank you!! read more

Since the new ownership took over, my rent has doubled in those two years. Unfortunately customer service has taken a back seat to the almighty dollar. Why drive out here anymore, when for the same price I can be in the center of Santa Clarita. read more

Seems like a lot of new security upgrades happening here. New gate and entry systems, cameras, etc. Good and secure place for the family boat. The staff is also helpful and seem very concerned about security as well as my personal safety coming and going on the property. Great rates and location! Totally recommend them! read more
