I kept my toy hauler and a smaller flat bed trailer at Agua Dulce Storage for quite a few years. My experience there was great! Management was very responsive and friendly and the property was always kept clean. I felt that my equipment was looked after and safe. Another Plus: They have all size spots; I have a 40 foot spot and a 16 foot spot. Another Plus: Being able to "dump" my trailer tanks after a trip. The dump area was always clean and there was never a line. It was awesome. Another Plus: The area between rows is quite wide. I had a 2003 F250, long bed, crew cab, that had a REDICULOUSLY BIG turning radius, pulling a 30 foot bumper pull. Even with trailers parked on either side of my space, I had plenty of room to back in and pull out. Another Plus: I thought the rates were very reasonable. Steve is great, friendly and always available. Our trailer is a work trailer, and our livelihood, so knowing how diligent Steve is with security and surveillance of the property is a major reassurance. Switching over payments from the previous owner was a breeze. Property is clean, well organized and trailers parked with reasonable spacing so you can actually access everything in jockey boxes. I called a number of locations and they either didn't answer on the weekend or charged a premium to set it up. I called Aqua Dulce Storage and they were great ! Price is very competitive, move special is much appreciated. RV wash and dump ($10) stations are great amenities. Place is secure and super clean. Dusty yes but heck it's the desert. I needed a place on a short term bases since I was having work done on my house and I needed my RV out of the way. I checked all over the valley and everywhere I checked the prices were just stupid. I was referred to Agua Dulce by my sister who stores her trailer there. The staff was were extremely nice on the phone and even nicer in person. They did everything they could to accommodate me and the price for the moth was very reasonable. Having 24 accessiblity is a great perk and the place is well maintained and appears to be well protected. If I choose to store my trailer for the long haul in the future, this will definitely be the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Wow, what a GREAT experience! Morgan was so easy to work with, talking through all the details in an easily understandable way and helping us figure out what discounts would work best for us. What a pure pleasure to deal with. Had an issue with my current storage place as they wouldn't trim the trees back to I could pull in without damaging my rig, so with that said, I had to act fast to find a new storage spot. Called ADS spoke with Steve and he was very informative and answered all questions. You can't beat the amenities and costs associated with the place- 24/7 access and 7 days a week the office is opened. When I got there Morgan was a doll to my son and I. She made it simple. She knew her stuff. ADS has a dump station ($10) per dump, free air compressor usage, and free rv washing station. 27 acres completely gated in with cameras covering the entire place. All good for me. It's nice to be able to wash your rig here and not have to take it home before you take it out. Plenty of space and always looking out for odd sightings. Updated: Steve called yesterday to resolve a billing issue and was very helpful and polite. My original review had been triggered by a less polite call from someone else on their team. I'll stand by my comments on price increases, at this point I'm paying more than double per linear foot than I was with the prior ownership. When the prices went up the first time I dropped the amount of storage I had significantly (from about 240 linear feet down to about 25) so the most recent increase didn't translate to much in $ terms. Good things overall: the place is well maintained, not littered with junk, and is secure enough (never had an issue with theft / vandalism in 10+ years) Bad things overall: very dusty (it is a rural storage yard though, what do you expect), not a super convenient location, pricing high for what it is. read more

I rented a parking space for my work truck Diane was awesome and friendly and out going. This place is clean and huge and I feel safe leaving my work truck here. I called different places but they wanted too much money this place charges a low monthly rate. One other thing they also have 24 hr surveillance cameras through out the property. read more

First time looking for a storage facility for a recently purchased motor home. A lot more time consuming than I anticipated. We called many places ranging from Simi Valley to the Santa Clarita Valley and hands down this facility was the best price wise and also the best all around as far as treatment/experience. Morgan is a gem! I called a few times and each interaction was making my decision for itself. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to. She is knowledgeable and personable. Seems like a lot of new security upgrades happening here. New gate and entry systems, cameras, etc. Good and secure place for the family boat. The staff is also helpful and seem very concerned about security as well as my personal safety coming and going on the property. Great rates and location! Totally recommend them! read more
