Last year I lost personal items, and furniture has been damaged. Not enough to claim insurance, but enough to ruin the legs of expensive furniture items. Paperwork that is irreplaceable was also ruined. And, I was one of the lucky ones, the unit next to mine was almost completely flooded. This year I asked whether the flooding issue had been addressed, since winter is coming, and I was assured that it was taken care of. Today I got a call, my unit is flooded AGAIN. They do not give a storage discount for the inconvenience, and last year they had no idea where the water was coming from. So, the office staff passed on the info that the issue had been addressed, and obviously the ownership has not done anything. The office staff is always polite and helpful, but the flooding issue is simply bad business, and the management ignores it.
