This is a well maintained and secure rv storage facility. My 33 ft motorhome was stored here for 4 years. Fees are reasonable. The owner was always responsive in a timely manner to any needs that I had. Here is my experience... In the spring I rented a space from this place because my workers who are renovating my rv into a food truck live in the area. I was assured that I will be able to get 24 hour access since the work would be done after hours. The problem from the start seems to me to be that my mobile home is from the 1980's...the complaints about my project came soon after my arrival...I got hysterical phone calls from Michelle to the point where I stopped engaging with her. Finally there was no communicating with Josh either! It seems as though he believes that because it's his property he can do and say whatever he wants which is not the case of course...If you have a newer RV I would not even recommend because the attitudes and service are so bad..not worth the headache! Update on the owner's answer... You're a LIAR! I never gave the gate code out Everytime my workers worked on my RV (which I had permission to do) I would come after hours with them so they NEVER had the code nor do you have any video that shows otherwise! Check your cameras sir! Second I HAVE NO FAMILY! NONE !! I am the only person in my family...I have a daughter who also lives in Burbank! And again if you check your cameras you will see that I left my dog that morning while I had to pick up a part in Burbank! And FYI leaving a dog for a few hours in an RV with food and water is NOT ABUSE OR ILLEGAL! The police would have told you no different! It is the same as leaving them in your home alone YOU"RE WRONG! Another FALSE NARRATIVE that I can clear up ...I ONLY THREATENED to sue you when you said that you would sell my mobile home! By the way I was not the only one who accessed my property in the late hours! THAT'S WHAT 24 HOUR ACCESS MEANS! You are such a liar I NEVER SCREAMED AT YOU! MICHELLE screamed at me like a wild bagger ! I had to hang up on her and communicate through text messages only! Which I still have! How about you release a picture of ONE person that I gave my gate code to! It takes a picture of everyone entering after hours right? The TRUTH is in a PICTURE! KNOCK IT OFF ! I DON'T HAVE TO LIE! OMG Now I was late every month huh? AGAIN liar! I Have checks and Money orders and texts that say different.i left them in the box as you told me because again I only came there to dump trash or do work.. should I post them? The only thing you told the truth about is I DID say that I would sue you! And if you would have continued to refuse me access to my property when I paid you trust me I would have sued you! I didn't have to give the gate code back when I came and picked my dog up.i wanted to take my RV that same day but you had me blocked in..I told you to disable the code because I knew I wasn't going to be back for my final 2 weeks! You were trying to keep my money keep my RV and put me out all the while talking to me like I am a child! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL boarding on remedial! Glad to be out! Ultimate customer service! Josh is amazing with his customers. My father stored his RV on the lot and never had an issue. When my Dad wasn't able to use his RV any longer Josh helped him sell it. Update: Josh gave us a number for "his" decal guy but, "his" guy wanted way more money so we went with another guy!! So, no Josh didn't save us money! As for the "Assign numbers" he never ever put numbers on side of garage!! He told us he save the spot we were in for us and the other one against the wall. He also said save a spot for us, we were interested in and when came open next we knew another trailer was there and he parked smaller trailers on the side! He started to have a trailer against a wall, in front of the other huge trailer on side of the wall, we parked between big trailer and his garage!! He offered one spot but, no way our 36 ft would fit there at all!! The problem is he had some big car holder trailer park in front of big trailer next to the wall, trailers all against wall, trailers parked behind garage 3/4 inch away from our trailer that we questioned if hit our trailer, trailer in front of garage (2) parked in front of garage and trailers in front of us!! This is what is unprofessional and made it where we could not park it!! Before leaving 2 week trip barely had car make it in. Josh promised he would move them well, he didn't and added more trailers!! We can only assume he wanted more money since we had a "discounted" rate for grand opening!! What a bad business and very unprofessional all he needed to do if he wanted more money is to up price and guaranteed we would have stayed because had no problems we thought prior!! Other than it started turning into a truck and RV wholesale outlet as will!! My daughter and I are not unstable and how dare you even call us that and threaten to sue really if don't take review down.. Why? To benefit you again? Not even an apology to me and my daughter for saying the things you said is so unprofessional too!! What terms the facts and the pics we have is enough and you can't face the truth so you threaten really Josh?!? Original review: We debated long time to do review or not however, others should be warned!! We told him it was getting hard to back up our trailer when he started putting more and more trailers closer to our trailer! Last time barely made out and asked him to please move at least, smaller trailer over to the other side of garage door and he promised he would. We get back still there and step was out, week later to find more trailers and big rig covering our spot. Big black trailer that holds multiple cars blocking another trailer on side of the wall. Wish could show pictures! Picture this where the garage is. The is a huge trailer against wall, big black trailer that holds multiple cars parked in front of that one, horizontal trailer parked little space then two trailers parked against garage/shed! Our trailer was suppose to park next to the shed/garage. How on earth anyone suppose to Maneuver with that? No one!! My Explorer could NOT fit when we went back for our stands! He assured us over the phone anyone can get through and he wouldn't move them so we were done parking our trailer there!! All hours see people come and go. Got so crowded had to wait for trailers to wait for back gate to open and so we could back up and move out of the way. Couple spots he suggested for us to store had no room what so ever!! This was before he Intentionally blocked our spot!! We gave him a few days to respond with an apology and never heard from him very rude and unprofessional! Why, most likely he wanted more money as we got the grand opening special. Very unprofessional and we NEVER gave him any problems and always asked him prior!! We were saints and always checked up on trailer and didn't leave a mess! We always picked up after ourselves! Told him before taking out! Which learned hard way he parked a car and truck before in front of our trailer and he wasn't there!! We had to wait 45 min for him to move it!! read more
