Their camera lenses are limited to the front entry gate only! Therefore their website advertisements regarding 24/7 video surveillance is false, deceptive and misleading. It is 100% UNACCEPTABLE. Now I will move on to seeing what the Attorney General and District Attorney can do about this. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company for deceptive business practices. So many victims of burglary and theft at this facility yet corporate have still FAILED to provide adequate security and secure locks. They should be ashamed of themselves. If they do not have customers, they will not earn a paycheck or generate revenue, so the least they can do is make every effort to protect their customers instead of hiding behind their ghost line phone number and sitting on their hands doing the bare minimum then having an "I don't care attitude" and a zillion lame excuses.

I figured they were adjusting my price after my discount. The staff were very kind and accommodating. My price ended up Increasing 20 dollars more. No notification, just an email about my bill I was really frustrated and contacted cube smart support, told me that the price was subjected to change whenever. Basically got an offer for two months (which was supposed to be the remaining time I was with them) but they loop holes me and wrote it in the contract. In a singular sentence that my bill is subjected to increase. Not just that, my storage space wasn't working, I noticed the next time I visited that my handle was all jacked up, and it wouldn't hold up. I told the manager and he explained that I needed to be on site to tell him that. He said he would check it out and never said anything else regarding my storage space. I called support again to cancel my contract so I didn't pay the storage for that month since it increased and never sent me an email with my terminated contract. Two days before I just ended up going in the building so that there was visual proof I wanted to terminate my contract. I called twice, and both times acted like I still had a subscription going. I think it's definitely a business after your money. I asked why nothing was sent to me? They said "it should've been mailed and emailed to you" but apparently my address was inputted incorrectly.... I asked why not my email, and they were lost for words? As a young college student, I recommend finding somewhere more stable... as well as explaining the contract to you in a detailed fashion.

Called customer service who said they see my reservation but no vehicle was prepared for me. Came back at 7am when they opened to get my vehicle. The associate told me they can't close at 7 if a reservation is pending, so he said he would have his management call me at 9am when she arrives. No call. I came back at 11am to return my truck, I missed my pickup window rendering the rental useless. Manager was in, but never called me. She gave me more of the same excuses: I made it after hours, I made it for another location, even accused me of altering the emails I'm showing her and the same ones here. Sadly no ownership of their mistakes. It happens, but don't lie and don't accuse customers of altering emails to cover your tracks. Will not be returning to this location. Customer service refunded me part of the rental because they have record of my reservation at 6:03 pm.

I used this place to temporarily store a Chevy Astro van. I provided all copy's of paid registration, moving permit, and ins, after paying for several months up front they "called" (they didn't really) and said they left several imaginary messages. I just so happened to call to check on an issue and they told me they only store vehicles registered for use in the st. for a non mobile van parked in their dirt lot parking. I explained the reg was paid and has insurance as provided. long story short they tell me I have a week to go get the van, Palmdale being some 70miles from LA, the girl said the owner would contact me about pro rating the fees paid, he didn't. I just decided to go get it and let me lawyer deal with them, as I got there they were attempting to break into the van to "move it" so they said. after they didn't hear back from me, I have call logs and left several messages with both girls that work there. for vehicles, that need to be at legal to park there and have insurance since they DO NOT have the required business insurance, just park it in the st. it's Palmdale. there's parking everywhere, making this place utterly useless. Then when they break in your car YOUR ins will go up not theirs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
