Their customer service is a zero. I explained to her that my car broke down and I didn't have my mailbox key. She was so rude about it to hand me. My mail and I had a package so what was the difference? Oh I'm sorry you had to get off your seat and actually help a customer that pays you right. I literally left it today so angry using the B word along with the F word to her. She pushed me to that level. She feels like she can dominate you in a conversation. Her daughter is the same way when I paid $120 for our mailbox. She tried to tell me that we didn't pay it and that if I have the receipt it better be her mom signature so what was she trying to say I will not give one dollar to them again.
