Communicated a day prior and morning of updates which was much appreciate, Jason was friendly and considerate/ accommodating and worked with us as we have a dog. very professional service, in and out no messing around. I ask questions, Jason was more than happy to answer. Jason even found a black widow in our backyard, removed it for us and pointed out the area afterwards and helped ease our minds explaining why he thinks it was there, what to watch out for in future. read more

West coast Pest helped me out big time today. Thank you guys for your timely service. Great job guys, would recommend.

While West Coast Pest Control came in a close second on my spreadsheet search for professional help with my sewer roach problem, I wanted to acknowledge Wes for his responsiveness, willingness to assist and positive message when I informed I was going with another company. I was particularly impressed that a 1-year service contract is not required and have already recommended West Coast Pest Control to friends. read more

Great Customer service. they helped me on short notice and did a fantastic job of exterminating the house. Payment was easy and friendly.

This company is amazing. I would give more than five stars if I could. I had a bee problem in front of my house called and spoke with Wes, the owner. He sent somebody out the very next day and sprayed the bees. I realized the next morning. The bees, were coming through the front window inside my house . I called again and spoke to Wes , he said he would try to contact one of his workers as they were all working on the east side. Apparently he couldn't get anybody to come so he himself, the owner, came within 10 minutes and took care of the problem I would highly highly recommend them, the pricing was more than fair. Thank you, Wes! read more

Friendly, fast service, and knowledgeable. We had an infestation of tiny black bugs, and they told us what they were (grass bugs), and how to prevent them in the future (better maintenance of our backyard). We use their services every 2 months, and it has kept the critters at bay. We have not had an issue with the grass bugs since, and other random bugs have not been an issue either. read more

Just had my first spray treatment with West Coast and they were awesome! Easy to set everything up via email with Wes and he fit us in their schedule in two days once I explained the severity of our bugs. Danny came out and sprayed inside and outside. He was super nice and took his time going over what the plan of attack was. I probably contacted 10 pest control companies and I'm quite confident I made the right choice. They made everything super easy for me and the price was incredible. Definitely recommend read more

Here to say this company should be your first call when needing ANY pest related control for your property or business. We've been using WCPC for a few months now. Super nice, always on time and great communication when they are on the way out. Every time they are at the house they are super nice and polite. Always COVID-19 friendly as well as understanding with everyone being in the house and working around our chaos while trying to complete their work. Recently I was out of town and the night before I was to leave we found 2 scorpions where my kids had heavy traffic. Left a message using the Yelp messaging and they responded right away and set up time with my wife to come by immediately and put down another treatment inside the house. The last thing I needed to worry about was this while I was away and awesome that the response time and being able to rely on a company was huge. So hard to find reliable businesses. WCPC won out business and continues to do so. read more

I have been using West Coast Pest control for several years now, they always are quick to respond and handle whatever issue I might have. Every time I call, I talk to the owner, Wes, and he is very pleasant to work with! Pricing is extremely reasonable. Every technician that has been to my home has been courteous and respectful. If my issue has not been resolved when they come to spray, they offered to come back and spray again for no charge. West Coast Pest Control are incredible and specialized in pest removal. We recently purchased a house in Phoenix that had a large pigeon problem on our casita roof. We tried placing fake birds, spinning/sparkly deterrents and spraying them with a water hose but nothing worked, pigeons are very persistent. The West Coast Pest Control team came out and placed the necessary wires and spikes to get rid of those pigeons and deep cleaned the area. Only a couple of pigeons came back but West Coast Pest Control were quick to respond and applied the additional spikes needed to finally get rid of the problem and not one has returned. Remarkable service, professional staff and 100% would recommend them to our friends and family. read more

I requested tick extermination after my dog brought the nasty critters home after a day hike. West Coast Exterminators were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They confirmed what the veterinarian had told me about combined pet medications and home spraying to fix the problem. The number of ticks has decreased significantly, and are nearly entirely gone. West Coast's technicians have been good communicators regarding the problem. (It can take up to a year to completely rid the house of ticks.) Unlike some other companies, they have not required a long-term contract. read more
