Great communication and service throughout the process. Disclaimer: I did not actually work with West Coast Pest Control, I made an appointment for my rental as the tenant said there were mice but later claimed it was no longer an issue. That being said, West Coast was quick to react and schedule. They were kind and accommodating when I canceled, will be working with them for my future needs. read more

Did a great job, was super helpful as I am an out of area owner. Found termites that original pest inspection from another company missed. Highly recommend. read more

We met with West Coast Pest Control last week, and after their presentation, we engage them for our property. They have communicated very well and completed their installation of the rat traps and stations as promised. Thus far, they have been outstanding. read more

Called Wes about bee's in the base of a tree. He came out next morning and took care of it. Also took care of some ants on our sidewalks.

I got a quick response and service for my needs. I would definitely recommend. thank you!

Great variety of options for treatment and very responsive. Wanted to give a shout out to Aaron who came to do the spot treatment and even wore booties over his shoes without me asking. Text messages to know eta were helpful. Aaron was very thorough in treating the house and was great to work with. Would hire again. read more

Been using West Coast since we bought in AZ a couple years ago! Been very happy with them and best of all, no critters, bugs, scorpions, roaches etc. Wes is super friendly and helpful. We call and he can get us an appt within a couple days. He calls or texts when he's about 30 minutes out too. He's prompt and quick... seen him outside working and spraying and taking care around our plants etc too. I think They are reasonably priced and offer great service...win-Win! Thanks read more

Scheduling was prompt and pigeon removal took place ASAP. This is an awesome pest control company! Very communicative and even sent pictures of completed work when I wasn't home to check it out myself. Would definitely use them again read more

I found a dead spider in my house. Not sure why my cats did not take care of the evidence after they killed it. Of course a reverse google search confirmed my suspicions I had a brown recluse. Of course I now go all psychotic and believe I have an infestation of these deadly spiders. My girlfriend recommended West Coast Pest Control. I was able to send them a picture of my spider and they were wonderful. They listened to my paranoia and then reassured me it was not a brown recluse. Turns out it was just a plan old generic boring spider that looks like a brown recluse. So to say I got myself all worked up for nothing. I still had them come out and Aaron was wonderful. He walked me through what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. He was easy to talk to and made the whole process so much easier. I plan on having a conversation with my cats letting them know they failed in their one job duty. I am sure they will step it up but I will be using West Coast Pest Control moving forward. Just in case my cats go on strike. read more

Thank you Wes . Really this has been till date , one of the Most stress free interactions and hiring I have had on Yelp . From the beginning , Wes was honest, helpful and his model straight forward. The pricing was fair too. That came in at the time they said they'll be there. Didn't need supervision , did their job and sent me the invoice ... no stress. Truly impressed. Wish all Yelp vendors could be like this. I highly Recommend Wes and west coast pest control. read more

Frank was amazing and experienced. Fixed my bird problem right away. Highly recommend West Coast Pest Control! Thank you, Frank!

The quality of service was outstanding. Speed of addressing my pigeon issues was lighting fast. Communication with me was exceptional.

I contacted West Coast Pest Control via Yelp and they responded to my inquiry quickly and gave me a quote. I have lived in Arizona for 6 years and familiar with pest in the Maricopa County. They did an initial pest service that includes extensive spraying inside and out (including the backyard perimeter). I was overall happy with the service, as we have seen dead bugs around the house. It's been a couple of weeks and we have began to see a few live bugs, but I live in a new build and understand that it could take a few more visits to terminate the problem we have. I recommend West Coast Pest Control and plan to have them back! read more

Excellent prices. Excellent customer service. Why use any other company? I hope I don't need to use this type of service often, but if I do, I will definitely call West Coast again!!! Thank you! read more

Wes came and took care of the bees. His price was reasonable and he was willing to listen. I liked him so much that we will be using his yard spraying services to get rid of spiders and such. Highly recommend him. read more

So so SO incredibly grateful for having found West Coast Pest Control! After moving into our new home my husband and I were less than thrilled to discover we had other occupants... scorpions! And many of them!! We would go into the back yard with a black light and find 20 scorpions in a matter of minutes. We tried everything to get rid of them but after discovering one in my 3year old sons toy closet and another sitting right on my makeup brush that I pulled out of my bathroom drawer I had no peace of mind in my own home. I found west coast pest online and reached out and could not be happier with them! The owner Wes was able to schedule to get somebody out to our home very quickly and was so very helpful! Customer service of both Wes and our service guy that comes is top notch! You can tell they truly care about their customers and also the service that they provide. We have now been using them since October and I am so grateful for them for the peace of mind that have been able to provide to my family and I. Since we started using their services we have not spotted a single scorpion in our home and even after black light hunts in our back yard they are nowhere to be found!!! I will always recommend this company for their extremely affordable prices and amazing services/customer service that they provide! read more

West Coast Pest Control - What I used to deal with before finding West Coast Pest Contol - Pest Control Near Me

I've only had one visit from this company, but it started out just great. I believe the young man's name was Chris. He was very very polite and even showed up a 1/2 hour early when my arrival time was set for 10-2. It was a nice change not waiting all day for a service visit. He did his job quickly but not rushed. Thanks Chris. read more

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Wes was very responsive and helpful.

I have been with WCPC and specifically Wes since he started. Wes is absolutely fantastic! I trust him and know he will take care of everything and really cares about his customers and families. Every time we call with something whether it's bees, ants, spiders or whatever he's quick to respond and does a great job. Thank you so much Wes. read more

Wow, I was absolutely amazed with Wes and his team during our recent issue with roof rats. George and Wes both have been out to the house and always send a text about a half an hour before the arrive. They also accommodated my difficult schedule because I work nights. They came up with an easy to understand, short-term four-week approach to the rats with a longer, follow up plan that fit our budget and schedule. Wes came out one day and was very personable and took the time to explain everything to me. They make it feel as if you are having someone in your family - a brother or uncle, coming over to take care of things. Our rat problem has been solved and I am so glad that I called WCPC and would recommend them to friends and family. read more

There are few times it seems that companies nail customer service & an excellent experience. West Coast does both.

After reviewing a few pest control companies and sending a couple messages late in the evening, Wes from West Coast Pest Control was the first to respond to my pleads for help and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning! Wes was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and even helped to calm my nerves about our surprise visitors and their soon to be short stay with us. We scheduled a treatment appointment immediately, which was also quick and easy. Prep work is a little involved, but Wes was very thorough in explaining rationale, so we were more than happy to make sure we met their needs for prep. Communication through the whole process was superb, from initial contact, appointment confirmations, arrival times, and service completion. The warranty they offer for service is AMAZING - can't beat the options for a 6 month or year warranty with a guarantee for extermination. VERY reasonably priced for a whole house treatment and year warranty. EXTREMELY pleased overall and HIGHLY recommend! Thank u, Wes!!! read more
