They came right away. Competitive pricing. Messaged me back on a holiday weekend and fit me in that Monday. Great customer service.

My grandmother, Penny, called for a quote on December 30th, for a pigeon netting for the solar panels. Left voicemail. No response. Left voicemail January 12th, returned call about 1/2 hour later. Set up estimate appt. for next day. Employee came, took pictures, told me I would be getting a quote soon. Called back January 20th asking how long a quote should take. I was informed that they normally give quotes within 24 hours. My quote has taken me much longer than "normally" would take, and is quite frankly, unacceptable. Not a company I want to do business with, ever. If this is how they treat potential customers, can you really trust that they do quality work? read more

As part of selling our home, we needed pest control in our attic. We called a few places - including national firms, who not only wanted to charge us a fortune, they told us what and what not we could do. WEST COAST PEST CONTROL WAS DIFFERENT IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAYS. Wes, the owner, returned my call and email on a Sunday. He LISTENED to what we needed, did not try and sell us an annual package -or anything more than we wanted, was RESPONSIVE, was able to schedule us quickly, and was priced fairly. EXCELLENT SERVICE - check! LISTENED TO US - check! EXCELLENT VALUE - check! INCREDIBLE FOLLOW UP - check! FAMILY OPERATED - check! We are no longer in Phoenix, but for everyone that is - West Coast Pest Control should be your only call. Amazing company, amazing customer service...simply AMAZING!!! read more

My wife had been telling me for months she thought we had a rat problem in our back yard. One of our dogs was sure something was living in our back yard, but my 1st thought was a lizard. When we had our queen palm trimmed in the back yard we found a rat carcass and I realized she was right. Not long after, one of our dogs got sick and I knew we needed to do something. I came to Yelp to find a company with expertise in rodent extermination. West Coast Pest Control had great reviews so I reached out. I saw it was a small family owned and operated business which is always my top priority. Wes got me and quote and on the schedule within a couple days. George showed up on a Saturday morning and evaluated our situation. He could not have been a more knowledgeable and kind technician. He setup 3 bait stations and explained the process in detail. Although we have not solved our problem yet the bait stations are currently set and we are simply waiting for them to rid us of our rodent issue. We have a follow up appointment scheduled in a month but I fully expect to find our disease filled unwelcome rodent guests prior to that. George setup 3 bait stations in areas he suggested for optimal results. We have dogs so he took the time to show me how they operated to ensure no harm was done to them. We have had several different types of technicians here for multiple things over the last 7+ years. None have topped George's customer service. We felt very comfortable with him here and he is incredibly kind and professional. Thanks West Coast Pest Control and specifically George. The price was very fair and service was well above our expectations. We have already notified our neighbors of the rodent issue and provided contact information in the event they would also like to use West Coast Pest Control like we did. Thank you for running a high quality family business with focus on customer service. read more

Another fantastic, friendly, quality, clean job by West Coast Pest Control. The owner, Wes, took care of a recurring customer with excellent service and pricing. The installer showed up on time, totally prepared, professional and friendly. Got the job done quickly and with high-quality. We were concerned the pigeon spikes would be ugly and visible on the front of the house, but they are not, they are nicely hidden but should be very effective. See the new pictures I posted. Hard to see the spikes? Exactly! Well done West Coast Pest Control! My neighbors and I love you guys. Highly recommend! read more

Please do not send the same tech. that was here last Tuesday, sprayed the whole inside of our home in under 2 minutes (very hit and miss).

I am pleased with the company and the results. it's nice to do business with a company you can depend on.

The best pest control in the valley by far. Extremely talented and trustworthy organization.

West Coast Pest Control is awesome. They always arrive at the scheduled time and they do not rush the service. We have not seen any type of pest since we started with them a year ago. I also like that I can get my invoice and pay online. I highly recommend West Coast Pest Control. read more

Wes is legitimately incredible. Be his communication, his proactiveness and the work. Appointment was 8 am and just before 10 mins I received message from him about his estimated arrival. Loved the proactiveness. They do power spray from truck unlike few other companies who use backpack machines to spray outside. He took 25-30 mins to complete their job unlike my past experience with companies who took just 10 mins or so. He used long stick kinda device to run over ceiling corners and windows door edges. He put 4 glue trappers in garage too. Not even a single corner he left which gives so much confidence on taking their service. Their dedication to the quality is worth mentioning. He gave honest suggestions about what service and when to take. read more

I contacted West Coast Pest Control via Yelp who responded to my inquiry and gave me a quote almost instantly. I work full-time and go to school part-time and Yelp makes it so convenient to communicate with local businesses. I don't have to step away from my desk at work and make a call. I can do everything via the mobile app and West Coast Pest Control responded immediately. I was given a window of time and an estimate. George showed up on time and within the window I was given. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. For $75 based on the size of our home / lot, he sprayed the interior, the exterior and the garage. There was NO contractual obligation either which was nice as most of the exterminators wanted a contract signed. George did a very thorough job and we now have the peace of mind that our home is protected. We intend to do this twice a year and will continue to use West Cost Pest Control for their ease of doing business, professionalism and pricing. Thanks! read more

West Coast Pest Control - The hardcore stuff for the front yard. - Pest Control Near Me

If you are unfortunate enough to have a pigeon infestation on the roof of your house like I had, I highly recommend you call these guys immediately. I made the mistake of putting out a bird feeder one year, but the seed spilled on the ground, attracting pigeons, who also fell in love with the hiding space under the solar panels on our roof. The disgusting mess and noise just kept getting worse and worse, until we had pigeon feathers inside our house. The guy from West Coast Pest Control who came out to do the estimate (within about 4 days of contacting them!!) was super nice, informative, quick and explained everything in a way that totally made sense to me. He even pointed out that our neighbors had "pigeon control wiring" on the roof of their house, which I'd never noticed. This helped me understand what needed to be done. The quote I was given is the price I was charged. The work was done within days of receiving the quote. I didn't even have to be home. Communication via text was on point. Payment was online and easy. My only regret is that I waited and worried as long as I did before contacting this company. I will say, the service is pricier than I'd hoped but they did A LOT OF WORK. They took before and after photos. Our roof was DISGUSTING. An absolute PIGEON TOILET. Now it's pristine and all the little hiding spots are off limits. We've been blessedly pigeon free since the day the work was done and it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!! read more

We bought a home that seems to have been poorly maintained for pests. We tried others and after researching the competition we settled on a West Coast. We have been very happy with the commitment of this team. We had repeat visits as scorpions have started showing themselves, Wes even came out at night to look for them with a black light. They have adjusted service to handle our concerns quickly and without complaint. The goal is to get things under control and settle into a regular schedule. It is refreshing that they have such a commitment to customer satisfaction. They are not a 'once and done - see ya next month' service. Highly recommend them! read more

Service is amazing, excellent communication, quality products safe for my children and dogs.

Excellent service provided by this company. I was out in my backyard and unknowingly stood on a black ant hill and got bitten severely. Called West Coast and Jason came and did a terrific job spraying our whole yard, front and back. I found them to be very professional and West Coast was reasonable, on time, and I would call them again. read more

We have been battling crickets in our house for the last two years. I have had other exterminators and even bought a Home Defense to do it myself. When I asked the exterminators why they keep coming back, all I heard was chirp, chirp. Aaron showed me where the critters were coming in (behind the kitchen and bathroom cabinets), sprayed inside and out and snaked the nozzle behind the cabinets to spray. Just one application and the crickets have croaked. Now I have Aaron spray every other month including the yard, to keep the critters silent!! read more
