Open, my a$$. At 1:15 pm there was only drive through available. At least warn people that it's drive through or nothing.

Once again I thought I would give this Wendy's a chance to serve me. The drive thru line was all the way around the parking lot so I decided to eat inside. Another customer and I waited over 10 minutes for the staff member that the other employees said was up front to come out of the restroom. His eyes and response to us was clear that he was on some mind changing substance. He had difficulties even serving the customer in front of me two frostys. When I reluctantly asked about potatoes and chili, I was told they had none. The manager was so slow moving around my only guess is that she knows what she has going on there and just can't get any better help. Maybe it's best this location closes since even in the best of times this location has been substandard at best. I wouldn't give even one star but Yelp has no lower posting option. read more

This location consistently fails to provide quality or often even acceptable food. There does not appear to be any management or ownership interested in improving the quality of food or training employees to interact with the customers. My recent experience was at night when I ordered a Dave's Single combo. The bun was completely hard to the point you couldn't bite through it, the burger was cold, the cheese had been thrown on long after it was cold and the cheese itself was still cold, the fries were room temperature. All of this after waiting for 15 minutes in line with only one car ahead of me. They shut down the lobby to where I can't go in to correct it and the drive thru line has back up around the building. Poor ownership, terrible management, often poor quality of food and many employees who don't care. If you want Wendy's, drive another 5 miles down the road where they provide better service and provide acceptable food. Wendy's should take this franchise away from its current ownership as it is destructive to the Wendy's brand. read more

Came to get supper and waited at the drive-thru with 2 other cars and didn't get any information as to why none of us got our orders taken! The first car sat for more than 5 minutes (and with fast food that's a long time), and no one came over the speaker to tell them what was going on (so they left). The second car goes to the speaker box and asked what was going on and they then proceeded to say it was shift change, and ask if they knew they had a line of cars waiting to order and they said yes we can hear the beep, then a lady came to the door and very rudely looked at the drive thru car and shut the door. This has always been an iffy location, but I visited tonight for the first time since they reopened, hoping they hired new employees. I'm not sure if they did or not, but it's worse than before. Slow, but I'm a patient person and have worked in the service industry before, so I get it. After sitting in a 3 or 4 car line for 20+ minutes, I get to the order screen and the person taking my order proceeds to tell me they have no fountain drinks, no large cups, all the while having a terrible attitude. There was no "I'm sorry, we're out of this", just short blurbs of words. I didn't even want to place my order after the lack of attentiveness, I left as did a couple other cars. I don't go to Wendy's to get 5 star steakhouse service, but I expect more than what I received. Not worth it, not going back. read more

Staff is always friendly and the service has made a huge turn around since reopening. In the beginning it was a bit slow but the new crew has gotten it together. Great food, friendly people and fast service!!! Definitely recommend!!! read more

Worst Wendy's there could possibly be. The man I believe his name was Umar the manager on duty at 10pm made a sexual comment to my friend and I. Also stated he was not taking credit cards and his frosty machine was down. The second day in a row the machine was down. Also got an extra 4 count and never got it. Plus order a large drink, paid for it and they gave me a small. Asked for a receipt and he said the machine was also down. The bread was hard and definitely old. Asked for a refund and the manager argued with me for 10 minutes. He needs to go and they need to do better. Just terrible. read more

Now I remember why I stopped patronizing Wendy's. The customer service was horrible. No customer interaction or greeting what so ever. On top of this decided to give their much publicized Homestyle French Toast a try. It was a complete waste of my money. Not only was it flavorless and dry. The server (drive thru) neglected to include the syrup with my order. Called to complain but no one answers the phone. They just get tired of it ringing, pick it up and hang it up. What a disappointing experience. So do yourself a favor and continue to go across the street to Chick-fil-A. I will!! read more

I usually dont leave reviews but WOW, this Wendys is the first one I ever complained about and I like Wendy's. We ordered online for pickup and you would get an email back to tell you that its ready and tells you what to do once you get there. So I get there and try to go inside but they had the doors locked so we decided to go through drive through and told them we ordered online she says give me a minute. Yeah that minute turned into 15 minutes the car behind us left. So as we go around to the window one of the employees gets pulled through the window to get inside im guessing she was the speaker I was talking to. But she finally opens the window and just stares at us. Then we told her we placed an order online she said its not in our computer which I dont how thats possible because I got an email from them telling us its ready. Almost forgot a fry so showed her a receipt and got that at least. Just terrible service it sounded like a party in there instead of working. read more

Pictured is a $7.00 burger. The famous Baconator. Seriously? Two little patties with what amounts to less than one piece of bacon cut into 3 pieces. Totally not worth the money. Then I got the Walnut apple salad. I get this all the time in Williamsburg. It comes with two packets if walnuts and an impressive amount of chicken. Not at this one. This was the worst service I've ever received at Wendy's. Went on 10/15/22. From the cashier to the cook to the manager. First the cook comes to the window after being called in from the parking lot with his friends and says they don't have grilled chicken with an attitude for a salad so we say classic is just fine. Then the manager comes to the window and just shoves the bags at us with a here you go and nothing else. Then upon looking in the bag there's no extra dressing so we wait at the window while the cashier just ignored us until she couldn't and then rolled her eyes when asked for extra dressing like it was so hard to teach down into the drawer and get it. Then we get home and my hot honey BBQ chicken is just a classic chicken thrown together. And the fries were old and soggy brown. Thought they had new hot fries always. And all this was at 7pm. Umm... I showed up at 12:17am says it closes at 1am. The guy standing outside says i have to order on door dash and pull around to the front. okay. i order on the wendys app but unfortunately it was the wrong store off hull street... i pull up to the window and wait for 10 min and no one comes to the window. i honk my horn a couple times to get someones attention, and nothing. i see people walking past but no one coming to give basic customer service. then a guy walks up and says what did you order? i said i order on the wendys app and he sees its the wrong store. i ask if i can just say my order to him and he just sighs and walks away. then a women comes to the window with a lot of attitude and rage and starts clapping her hands yelling at us that we didnt order at the right spot and that we would be charged again. we said thats fine. then she starts listing off, in a very barking voice, all of the stuff that they dont have. being dumbfounded and in awe i just drive away. i gave no disrespect, i was calm and patient, and i have no clue what happened for her to be so mad. obviously im never going back here but im hurt at how poor and unwelcoming this experience was. like...why? round of applause wendys!!!! read more

This Wendy's is the closest to my home. We stopped going to this Wendy's a few years ago because of the consistent terrible service. Food at this location was never good. The restaurant recently reopened after being shut down for months and went through a remodel. It looks great and modern. Today, I decided to give them another try and hope they have improved. I was wrong, they have not! I placed a mobile order to pick up from the drive thru. The shift manager refused to provide meal through window stating I had chosen carry out, which I had not. I tried to argue this point as this was the reason for the mobile order. The shift manager still refused and I had to physically go inside and pick up at the counter that was literally 6ft from the counter. The shift manager was rude and dismissive. The person refused to give me the name or number of the franchise owner. As for the food it was just not good. The fries were cold and burger smothered in mayonnaise. Maybe try again in a few more years. read more

Unbelievable. I don't know why I am surprised. I visited this location a month ago at 4:30pm and they were out of large taco salad but did have small. I asked if they could combine two small to one large and was told no. Then I ordered baked potato and they were out. I called and talked to the mgr the next day and he apologizes and said next time they would be free. I went last night and guess what they were out again. read more

One of the cleaner, nicer, friendlier Wendy's in the area. I've been here several times and the food is always fresh (including the fries, which is a bit of a rarity at Wendy's). The late night drive thru is always a perk for Wendy's; however this location has a disappointing propensity to be "out" of Frosty...which, at 1 am, should be a cardinal sin. It's hard to rate a chain fast food joint above 3 Stars, but this one is pretty close. read more

Most times the burgers are barely warm when you finally get them - note to Wendy's staff put a microwave in the dining area. Than what's with all the flies? Each and every Wendy's where I've ever been to: CT, NY, NJ, MD, DE, NC, SC, GA all have flies buzzing around??? Ordered 3 frostys, got to the window and the girl doesn't even say a word to us just opens the window hands us the bag without looking at us and slams the window. All 3 of the frostys were melted like they had been sitting out for an hour. Disgusting.
