If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Where do I even start? Every single order we've placed from this McDonald's, primarily through DoorDash, has had multiple issues. And I don't mean once in a while. I mean, every time. Cold food, missing items, incorrect items; it's a guarantee, not a possibility. We've had: Burgers missing entirely Fries are missing or half-full and soggy Drinks completely forgotten Burgers with no meat Burgers with no cheese A McDouble that somehow had a single chicken nugget between two buns Raw meat on more than one occasion (yes, seriously) If you think ordering in person is safer, it's not. The drive-thru is just as bad. Order 3 fries, get 2. Order 3 burgers, get 1. Larger orders? You'll almost certainly be missing at least one item of nuggets. This happens every single time. They are remarkably consistent in their inconsistency. After calling the franchise to report the ongoing issues, the response was basically, "Welp, sorry about that." No accountability, no concern, no solution. At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like indifference. If you do decide to go here, check your order before you leave. Check every bag. Check every burger. Check the patties. Better yet--don't go at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The other McDonald's in Hull is significantly better. This McDonalds is clean and nice! With extremely nice decor! The staff here is friendly and our food was hot and delicious! I had to use my phone app because the kiosk was not working correctly (or I! Could not work it correctly!!) and the employees are extremely busy behind the counter and servicing the drive thru-so it's hard to get waited on at the counter! Some one left while we there because they could not get waited on-and my app did not add the drinks to my order-so we just got 2 cups for water(free!!) My Order would have been $6 more if only the drinks had gone on my order... So we saved $6 but the restaurant lost $6 on a high profit margin item-due to the app... read more

If you're going to close at 1AM it actually needs to be 1AM this is the 2nd time I've gone through the drive thru & either no one responds to the mic or, like tonight for example, when I rolled up at 12:45 after a 12hr shift starving & I was told no we are closing you can't order. Went thru the driveway at noon on a Sunday, so it was not busy. Ordered a quarter pounder without onions. What I got was a pre-cooked burger as dry as kiln dried pine and about as tasty. I've ordered quarter pounders in the local area which are are done right, and after giving this joint a few other tries, it's apparent they don't care. And the girl taking the order was rude to my wife, so obviously there is a management problem too. I too would avoid this place. Just look at the lower image of the buns in the photos, and you can see how burned they are. Absolute crap. Who does this kind of business? It appears there is no adult leadership! read more

The managers here are rude and treat clients as if we are misbehaved children. The food is also terrible. Worst McDonalds in Midlothian. Everyone complains about management there and yet the same people are still there. Save yourself a headache and drive to the one at Hancock Village. The food is fresh and they are extremely nice. Eating here is like a guessing game, you never know how your order will be. I'm accustomed to getting cold fries an occasional sweet tea that's lacking sugar but really!!! I've accepted the scaling back of things such as no biscuit and gravy, smoothies and a thinner steak on the bagel but should I have to accept a lower quality of food? This bagel should have not been served yet unknowingly this is what I got. Fast food shouldn't mean low quality in food. Shame on the McDonald's employee that did this. The Rockwood McDonald's is one of the worst fast food place to go. It doesn't matter what time you visit this McDonald's, I've yet to receive what I have ordered. They either give you what you didn't order or completely leave things out of your order. They are very rude & act like you are bothering them when you get your order. You wait at the drive thru forever & when you finally get to the speaker to order, they don't take the time so you can complete your order. All you hear is, is that it, after each item you order. If you don't get what you ordered or have missing items, they give you attitude & make you feel like you're the one who messed up. This McDonald's is on the top of my list as the "Worst". This was literally the fastest McDonald's we've ever been to. The girl at the first window was SUPER friendly. Food was hot and fresh.

No one at this location takes any pride in their work. I ordered 4 hot fudge sundaes with extra fudge on each and paid the extra charge. $8.59 for 4 sundaes. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst and laziest employees i've ever seen at an establishment in my life. They're open and too lazy to do work so won't take your order. I've pulled up to the window and even been ignored. They close way before their hours say and don't take orders until hours after they say they're open. The only time I've been able to get food here is when a manager works. The closest mcdonald's to here that's open past 10 is 20 minutes away and well worth the drive. You know, I really did know better. I mean to return to this place after receiving extremely poor, indifferent service a couple of times. I vowed never, never to return. And yet here I am, poor deluded sap, once more placing my order. The person at the counter was friendly, but spoke so quietly that I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times. We entered on time for breakfast and the lady at the cash register was on her PERSONAL PHONE for about 5-6 mins while we were waiting to get Our orders taken. By the time she finished talking on the phone They switch to breakfast. All she could say was "sorry". To add on to this terrible experience on of the men working kept staring at me while I was in line waiting and made me feel very uncomfortable. This place is absolutely disgusting. They're very dirty. Their ice cream machine is never cleaned, and they have literal gnats that come flying out of their smoothie/frappe machine every time it's used. Like you have to swat 10 out of your face every time you make a smoothie, frappe, or iced coffee. Most of the time the ice is contaminated with something dirty. The rags they use to "clean" are literally never "clean" & still have dirt on them after a wash in the cheap old washer that's pretty much there to simply meet the requirement. The back of the restaurant has mold & dirt in the mop station that I can't even look at. People eat while they serve food and the management is horrible... very unorganized, very cheap, typical fast food manager narcissism, and generally a shitty environment due to all of those factors. I've genuinely felt bad about a lot of the food I've served people because I knew it was dirty/contaminated. This workplace is so toxic that I have recorded conversations/interactions with management and showed my peers & others just to let them know it's not hard to work at McDonald's but it's the people you work with. Nothing in there is clean, and I'm pretty sure they've been using the same grease for months. The fries are clean maybe but they're typically handled by dirty hands. It's so busy though that there's not time to wash hands but even the employee handwashing sinks are disgusting. They're white but the sink bowl constantly has brown spots, hair, food, and soap scum. No they're never cleaned because it's gross. There's a Puerto Rican girl that looks white that works there as a manager that is constantly cussing out customers (specifically Black ones) and the manager who shall not be named at this time goes to back room every few hours to scream & yell and call it "prayer", meanwhile it's clearly mental illness.
